Guest Access and Important Information
A resort fee of MXN 518 per night, not per person, will be charged at the security front desk upon arrival. This fee is separate from and independent of Maxwell Residences.
A MXN 5,000 security deposit will be requested on your credit card at check-in and released after the team inspects the property at departure.
Bringing personal drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks into the pool areas is prohibited.
Guests also have access to the following exclusive amenities:
- A three-minute walk to a quiet beach
- On-site massages and facials
- Room service, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and drinks
Restaurants and Dining
- The third-floor bar opens at 14:00, with dinner served from 18:00 to 21:30.
- The rooftop terrace restaurant and bar is open from 08:00 to 18:00.
- Room service is available from 08:00 to 22:00.
- Restaurant payments are accepted by credit or debit card only.
House Rules
- Speakers are not permitted at the pool.
- Quiet hours begin at 23:00.
- Music is not allowed on the balcony at any time.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including on balconies.
- Parties are not permitted.
Violations may result in immediate eviction.

Will definitely stay here again! Beautiful room filled with all the things you would need. Pools are some of the best I’ve ever been in and the on site staff was top notch. I also appreciate not having a giant list of cleaning chores at check out, that can be very overwhelming on check out day.

Indah was a fabulous resort and the unit was everything we could have ever imagined. The restaurants on site were delicious! The servers and drinks were perfection. The pools were never crowded and always clean. The concierge service with this unit was fabulous. They were onsite and responded so quickly. They even got us in room facials, groceries, car service, etc….for a cost of course. We got a day pass to the Hyatt Ziva, thinking it would be nice to have a private beach and hotel services. We walked in and walked out! The pools were busted up with bugs everywhere and the service was awful! We got a refund and returned to Indah! It was heaven coming back. You can walk to the Romatique Zone but Uber’d home. La Capella and La Palapa were our favorite restaurants in town. Would definitely come back and will refer to everyone we know that goes to PV

This place was breathtaking. Everything was clean and even better than the pictures. Probably the best view in town. The unit provided everything from bathrobes and beach gear to a well equipped kitchen. The A/C worked perfectly and had each room with separate controls. Also the property was super private. The amenities in the building were amazing. The pools we huge and beautiful. The restaurant was really good too. Checking was easy and the Indah staff were so helpful and friendly. Definitely would come back to this place 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing stay with an incredible view! Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was extremely helpful throughout our trip. The location was perfect close to everything and made getting around very easy. We would 100% recommend staying here and will definitely be booking again in the future.

This was probably the best air bnb we have stayed in. Stunning views of the ocean and beach. Everything matched the description. The host was very responsive and helpful. You can walk to the beach within a few minutes and take taxis to restaurants within 5-10 minutes. I would stay here again!

Amazing!!!! We never wanted to leave. We were also so fortunate to see a mama whale and her newborn playing in the the water. Along with giant manta rays and dolphins all from the comfort of the balcony!!! An incredible experience we will never forget
