Casa Ballenas is a brand-new, oceanfront luxury condominium located on the second floor of Harbor 171 in Puerto Vallarta’s Las Glorias neighborhood. This spacious three-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat accommodates up to eight guests and features modern furnishings selected by a renowned local interior designer.

Enjoy panoramic ocean and city views, direct beach access, multiple pools, and a rooftop pool with sweeping views of Banderas Bay.

Temporary Pool Closures

Beginning September 15, the two pools near the beach and the lap pool will be temporarily closed for renovation. The work is expected to last approximately five weeks.

All other pools, including the rooftop pool, and both jacuzzis will remain open during this period.

Construction Nearby

Construction is currently taking place next door. Some noise may be noticeable during working hours, typically:

• Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Complex Facilities and Conditions

• There are no restaurants or bars within the complex.
• Harbor 171 is newly constructed, and its rules and regulations may change without prior notice. Contact your host for current information.
• The road to Harbor 171 is currently unpaved, and there is no estimated completion date.
• All registered guests must wear an arm bracelet throughout their stay.
• Bracelets must be returned to the front desk at checkout.
• A lost or damaged bracelet incurs a penalty of 500 pesos, payable directly to Harbor 171’s administration.

Security Deposit for Guests Aged 25 or Younger

Guests aged 25 or younger must provide a security deposit of either $500 USD or $10,000 MXN upon check-in.

• The deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival.
• It will be refunded at checkout provided there is no property damage, missing or damaged item, or outstanding service charge.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out

Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and cannot always be accommodated because of other guests’ arrivals and departures or housekeeping and sanitation requirements.

If your request cannot be granted, luggage may be stored at the office until the unit is ready or until closer to your departure or flight time.

Please contact your PVRPV concierge at least 24 hours in advance if you require early check-in or late checkout.

Check-in and checkout outside the regular schedule incur an additional cash charge of $40 USD or 700 pesos, including tax. This applies to:

• Checkouts before 7:59 a.m.
• Check-ins after 8:01 p.m.

Puerto Vallarta is in the Central Time Zone, the same time zone as Mexico City (GMT-6).

Guest Restrictions at Check-In

The number of guests listed on the booking and confirmation email is the maximum number permitted to stay at the property.

Additional guests may be denied occupancy. If they are permitted to check in, an additional charge may apply according to the condominium and building rules.

Condominium Regulations

Pool and Apartment Areas

1. Only white towels are permitted in the pool area.
2. Diving and rough play are not allowed in the pool area.
3. Food is not permitted in the pools.
4. Loud music is not allowed in the pool or snack area. Please use headphones.
5. Glass bottles, containers, cups, plates, and similar items are not permitted in the pool or snack area.
6. Only small inflatables, such as donuts approximately 50 centimeters in diameter, are permitted in the pool.
7. Minors under 16 years of age are not permitted in the jacuzzi.
8. For medical reasons, jacuzzi use is limited to 30 minutes per person. This helps prevent seasickness, heatstroke, and blood-pressure changes, particularly when using medication or alcohol.
9. Do not move pool furniture, including loungers, umbrellas, tables, or chairs.
10. Do not reserve pool or snack-area furniture. Items left unattended for extended periods may be removed and taken to the security booth for collection.
11. Long-term renters may receive a maximum of four visits between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., provided the owner or apartment administrator notifies security and administration in advance. Long-term rentals are defined as stays of six months or more.
12. Visitors are not permitted during holiday seasons, long weekends, Easter, Thanksgiving, or the Christmas holidays. Vacation renters may not have visitors.
13. Smoking is not permitted in the pool area, on balconies, or in common areas.
14. Fast-food delivery personnel may not enter the property. Guests must collect deliveries at the security booth.
15. Guests must provide their apartment number whenever entering or leaving the property so the complex can maintain an accurate record of all persons entering and exiting.
16. Music inside the apartment must remain at a volume suitable for personal enjoyment and must not disturb neighbors.
17. Towels, bathing suits, clothing, and similar items may not be hung over apartment terrace railings.
18. Pets may pass through corridors and common areas only when entering or leaving the condominium, parking area, or pool area. Pets may not remain in common areas, including pools, gardens, corridors, or private terraces.
