Two adjacent luxury beachfront villas with a private pool offer an ideal retreat for group getaways. Together, they comfortably accommodate up to 17 guests. Each villa features its own private entrance while remaining connected, providing both privacy and convenience.
Enjoy exceptional snorkeling and diving opportunities just off the dock. The combined property includes:
- Two fully equipped kitchens
- Two spacious living areas
- Four private balconies
The villas are elegantly appointed with travertine, granite, and high-quality furnishings throughout. The kitchens are stocked with all essentials and include ample group seating in the dining areas.
The Space
Located within the secure Villas at Gibson Point complex, the property was completed in 2015 and features tile flooring throughout. The open-plan upper living area includes:
- Granite countertops in the kitchen
- An undermount sink on the kitchen island
- A six-burner gas stove
- All necessary cookware and utensils for preparing meals
The living and dining room is surrounded by windows and opens onto a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The seating area includes a sofa with a queen-size pull-out bed. The dining table comfortably seats eight guests. Ceiling fans and air conditioning are available to keep the space comfortable in warm tropical weather.
The lower level contains two bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom:
- Master bedroom with a king-size bed and private balcony
- Master bathroom featuring granite countertops and a large walk-in shower
- Guest bedroom with two double beds, granite countertops, and a walk-in shower
Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and ultra-quiet air conditioning units.
Amenities
The Villas at Gibson Point offer a private freshwater pool, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a tropical cocktail while floating. In the evenings, guests can unwind on the dock and take in the stunning sunsets while socializing with neighbors.
Additional Services
For your convenience, a grocery stocking service is available for a fee of $40. This includes unloading and organizing your preferred items such as beer, wine, eggs, coffee, and snacks, so everything is ready upon your arrival.

This place was lovely. For this family trip we ended up in 2 different villas which we weren’t expecting. Beautiful location, lovely shaded pool. My complaints were one dishwasher wasn’t working and we cooked a lot so for a vacation there was a lot of doing dishes. And the other villa had no ac upstairs. Between both villas we paid $500 for our ac bill. We turned it off when we weren’t there, so it’s pricey. We would return but with slight hesitation.

I'm always careful about criticizing someone's business. Luckily in this case, I don't have to choose words carefully. In this cases, the air bnb was very high quality. The amenities like air conditioning and pool were in excellent condition and well used by us. While the location required that we hire transportation - the land itself in each location was clean and safe. It was important for us to have access to a washer and dryer and we did. These worked as well. Natalia communicated clearly, was polite and responded promptly to our needs. I would highly recommend the driving company Roatan Transport. Miacol Ponce and his driver Roni were responsive, flexible and respectful. For example when we asked about mass for Sunday, Roni knew where to find an English speaking church service at a church where a lot of Americanos go but then later learned about a Garifuna mass at another church and took us there instead. Thank you soo much for your hospitality. Will definitely be back.

Amazing! Can’t say enough about the quality of the snorkeling literally right in front of the house. Great pool if you need a break from the ocean. Big fluffy beach towels. Plenty of linens and cookware that’d make any chef happy. Natalie met us upon arrival and hooked us up with whatever we needed daily. They provided clean bottled water that we use to refill smaller bottles to take with us. Paying for the electricity was completely affordable. We had 2 villas, ran the air half the time and only owed $134.00. Pedro, the groundskeeper was a sweetie and actually climbed a tree to get and cut fresh coconuts for our kids. There are 3 good restaurants within walking distance and it was easy to get a taxi to West End for more dining options and shopping. It is hard to get to a bank and they are unpredictable so bring plenty of cash on hand for activities/shopping/gratuities.

What an amazing experience at the villas! Our 7 days spent there was lovely. Everything was very clean and orderly. We loved our stay.
