We loved the house and would come back. Cerritos is a "cool" surf village and is next to Pescadero, another great village that I actually wish we explored more. The property manager Frank was extremely kind and responsive, even during Christmas week he was always available on what's app (or in person) for questions / assistance. The house handled 8 adults, 3 toddlers, and 2 infants very well and even had room to spare! Every room had an en suite bathroom. The kids loved the big pool but also loved the jacuzzi "hot pool" just as much. The views of the ocean (perfect for whale watching) could not be beat. Great living space, outdoor space, well equipped kitchen, lots of closets - very comfortable!

Fantastic stay, housing three families; incredible views and close drive to beach—local property manager Frank was very helpful and responsive to any questions during our stay

Our multigenerational family LOVED this house. Frank and his wife made the stay especially wonderful - they were responsive, helpful, a joy to talk to, and their food was absolutely beyond! The home itself was stunning, only matched by the stunning views of the sun setting and mood rising. We would gladly return to this oasis!

I can’t say enough about how lovely and wonderful La Cima was. If you are looking for a beautiful, relaxing and very well laid out house for a larger (we had 13 very comfortably) group it is ideal. It is not in a town which to us just made it more lovely and relaxing. The stars at night are stunning and the whale watching is amazing!!!! Also Frank the caretaker could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The one (very) tiny drawback is that it is difficult to find when you are first getting there! But then once there it is heavenly and really lives up to the pictures. Highly, highly recommend.

Okay, the cons.....nothing. The only exception is that the place is SO sweet you never want to leave and go to the beach, town, etc.. Not really a con though.... The place was awesome. The rooms were all great size, and well appointed. The kitchen was perfect, we got a lot of use out of it. Oven was a bit hard to light, but after some training we got it figured out. Truley a chefs kitchen. We did have to sharpen all the knives, but it was a good activity as there were a bunch of us that didnt know how to do it, so I showed them, and people sharpened a knife. They were all razor sharp afterwards! The hot tub mornings (with whale watching) were MY favorite part. It takes a bit to get warm, so plan accordingly. Highly recommend Baileys and coffee, because they have an awesome coffee maker. We moved to the pool throughout the day. We had a bunch of kids, so the pool was perfect size and temperature. The outdoor fridge made it very easy to keep our Tecate intake in perfect balance without having to track water in the house, and not exert too much energy. Retiring for sunset was others favorite. Head up to the roofdeck, where there was also a fridge, so again, didnt have to head 3 flights down to freshen up our beers. Nightime was great. The AC actually works perfectly. We've rented places before and the AC sucks. Split ducts in every room, choose your own temperature!!! And lastly, but certainly not least was Frank. If we needed anything, wanted to go fishing, needed transportation, or had any dumb questions, Frank got back to us or helped us within 30 seconds. It became kind of a guessing game as to how long it would take for him to respond. So, very much appreciate everything you did for us, it really allowed us to maximize our vacation. All and all, 10 stars out of 5. We will be coming back, keep the lights on for us!

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s absolutely incredible. We booked 48 hours before we flew in because our other place didn’t work out, but we all agreed our other Airbnb wouldn’t have come close to this one. Frank and John made sure everything was ready for our arrival and both were available for anything we needed while we were there. Went with 5 couple for a 40th birthday party and it was perfect (except one couple had to sleep in a double bed). Would also be great for families, but is on a cliff side so I wouldn’t bring children unless they’re older (like maybe 10+). Perfect spot for a vacation with friends!

Ask for cleaning everyday and choose an optional chef because it’s a big house and it’s a bit far from a supermarket do you the roads. Amazing views and nice hiking areas around the house!!!
