Casa Nabia takes its name from the Celtic goddess of water, a symbol of life and serenity.

Located within the private Místico condominium, this peaceful home is surrounded by lakes, trails, and tropical nature. It combines modern design with natural warmth, while the lakeside pool offers a relaxing place to connect with the surrounding environment.

Just minutes from the ocean, Casa Nabia is an elegant retreat for guests seeking balance, inspiration, and the tranquility of Playa Hermosa, Jacó. Every detail reflects harmony with nature.

The Space

Casa Nabia includes:

• Two bedrooms
• Two full bathrooms
• One additional half bathroom by the pool
• An open-concept living room and kitchen
• A terrace with direct access to the lakefront pool
• A laundry area with a utility sink
• Parking for two vehicles

The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and a private bathroom.

The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and access to a separate full bathroom.

The bright living room and kitchen share an open design with direct access to the terrace and private lakefront pool. Contemporary furnishings, comfort, and a natural connection to the tropical surroundings come together throughout the home.

Guest Access

Casa Nabia is a duplex-style home, but only one of the two units is currently available, providing guests with complete privacy.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including:

• Both bedrooms
• Two full bathrooms
• The half bathroom by the pool
• The kitchen
• The living room
• The terrace
• The private lakefront pool
• The laundry area

The laundry area includes a utility sink for hand washing. A washer and dryer are not yet available.

Community and Location

Casa Nabia is located within the private Místico Beach Town & Resort, a peaceful and secure gated community surrounded by nature with controlled access 24 hours a day.

The condominium features:

Access to the home is through the main security gate. The names and identification documents of all guests are required before check-in.

Electricity and water services are generally stable. However, Casa Nabia is located near the Playa Hermosa–Punta Mala Wildlife Refuge and is surrounded by natural landscapes. As a result, occasional brief interruptions to power or water service may occur due to local conditions.

If an interruption occurs, assistance will be available and updates will be provided until service is restored.
