The main entrance is located on the second floor, accessible by staircase. It opens into the living and dining area, which connects to a fully stocked kitchen with a large countertop.

Stayed 5 nights for a spearfishing trip with the guys. House was exactly as described. Spacious, clean and secure. The rooftop terrace has a palapas, full length beach lounge chairs and a well maintained bbq grill with sink and running water. Also a full bath for rinsing before and after using hot tub. Great location one block away from shops and good restaurants by the waterfront. Lively at night but not enough to hear noise in house. Mostly local, well-to-do tourists and families, not many foreign tourists. Felt safe to walk around the water front nearby. When I needed help with the safe lock box, the host answered instantly. Great communication. Plenty of downstairs indoor/outdoor storage if your doing dirty/messy sports like diving, fishing, surfing etc. There is a secure rinsing porch where you can rinse and dry gear, and use washing machines. This place is 4 stories including the rooftop, so being able to securely keep gear downstairs near car was amazing. Worth it!

The house is perfectly located and is ideal for a group of friends or adults, since each room has its own bathroom and there are also others in the living room or terrace areas. It is very comfortable, and everything is impeccable.

Amazing stay overall. The home was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was seamless—from check-in to communication—and the host was extremely accommodating throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the malecón and surrounded by great dining and shopping options. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Amazing rooftop views of beautiful La Paz. The multiple levels gave us opportunity to share space but also have some privacy. Located in close to Malecon but away from the partying. Loved it.

This casa is just off the Malecon, so very near great restaurants and places to explore. We enjoyed the walkability. We were there over the weekend, so the night noise from below was noticeable, but just keeping in mind it might not be really quiet, it has a gorgeous view and was lovely in every way. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Happy we chose this place for three friends on a short trip. Convenient to have the locked driveway for the rental car. Spacious upstairs terrace with partial sea views, two lounge chairs and a dual purpose cooling/hot tub for 4. Takes awhile to get hot, plan accordingly. We found it pretty peaceful at night after carnaval ended. And enjoyed listening to the birds in the mornings. Thanks to the hosts for great communication and help with arranging airport transportation and storing luggage between check out and departure. Would stay here again.
