About Montecristo

Montecristo is an exclusive gated community in Los Cabos, perched on a dramatic mountainside overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Quivira’s Jack Nicklaus Signature course. The community is beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained, offering privacy, an elegant clubhouse, and a peaceful setting at the tip of the Baja Peninsula.

The Space

Montecristo Villas are designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Each villa includes:

• Private infinity pool
• Indoor and outdoor jacuzzis
• Spacious terraces
• Central family room
• Reading areas
• Walk-in closets

All villas share the same layout, amenities, private pool, and private jacuzzi. Views and locations vary slightly between villas, so a specific view or villa location cannot be guaranteed. We manage villas in both Phase I and Phase II.

Important Booking Information

Pricing is based on the number of guests. Please reserve the villa using the correct guest count.

If additional guests arrive beyond the number included in the reservation, the extra-guest fee will double when reported during or after check-in. If you are unsure of your final group size, you may add guests before arrival at the standard rate. Please update your reservation at least a couple of days before check-in.

Housekeeping is not included but can be added for $100 USD per day.

Please review the house rules before arrival. The Montecristo community maintains strict regulations to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Pantry items are not provided, including:

• Salt and pepper
• Condiments
• Cooking oils
• Aluminum foil
• Plastic wrap
• Coffee
• Sugar

Resort Access

Guests also enjoy access to Pueblo Bonito Resorts, which offer excellent service standards and amenities.

Environmental Sanitation Tax

The Government of Los Cabos has implemented an Environmental Sanitation Tax to support improvements to local environmental and community infrastructure.

All reservations made from September 8, 2022, onward are subject to this tax. The cost is $85 MXN per room per night, approximately $5 USD, and will be charged at check-out in addition to the rental total.
