The Space

This stunning villa is situated within the exclusive gated community of Hacienda Pinilla's Las Brisas, just a 6-minute drive from the beach. Newly built, it combines luxury amenities with elegant décor and refined finishes, offering a sophisticated yet simple atmosphere.

The house includes four bedrooms:

• Master Suite: King bed, ensuite bathroom with an additional outdoor shower, private garden, and walk-in closet
• Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite bathroom, and closet
• Bedroom 2: Bunk beds with a queen bed and a king bed, sharing a bathroom
• Apartment: Master suite with ensuite bathroom, living room featuring a sofa bed, and kitchen

All indoor areas are air-conditioned with individual units, allowing personalized temperature control throughout the home. The bedrooms feature custom-made beds crafted from local wood, adding a distinctive style. There is also a non-heated jacuzzi available.

Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club

Located on the shores of Playa Avellanas, the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club offers an infinity-edge pool overlooking the renowned surf break known as Little Hawaii. The club caters to a variety of interests:
