The place was beautiful, we just had a few issues with our experience while we were there. WiFi was in and out, so was hard to get any work done since this was a working vacation There were ants on the window seal in the kitchen around the food One of the pillowcases in one of the bedrooms had a red stain( not sure if it was blood or ketchup) The hot water situation was not ideal, took forever to get hot enough for shower The water pressure in the bathrooms were not idea for taking showers The dryer downstairs made this God awful noise that made it unbearable to use The dish drainer by the sink had rust on it The house is soo beautiful that I feel that making all these little adjustments will make it worth the value of the experience ( paid way too much money to have to deal with the above issues)

We've traveled a lot. We're usually a large group of 12–14 people, adults and children. We usually rent large apartments from around the world. This apartment met all my expectations. The apartment offers plenty of space for everyone to have their privacy, but it also has a really nice common area. The views are fantastic, and the swimming pool is excellent, especially with kids. The area is really peaceful, but at the same time, it's a short drive from everything. The apartment came with staff who were on site 24/7. They were very friendly and helpful. We got breakfast and dinner at the desired times. Plus, they kept the place clean, which can sometimes be challenging with 4 small kids. Thank you so much, Alex, Marta, Elin, and Daniel. You made our vacation amazing. I recommend this place to everyone! And I say this based on my extensive experience. We'll definitely be back.

Eduardo’s villa was perfect – spacious, spotless and even nicer than the photos. The location made it easy to get around Cancún, and Eduardo was super responsive and helpful with every little detail. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Our family had the best time enjoying this beautiful home and the amenities! The staff was amazing in every way! It could not have been better. We hope to stay again at this beautiful property.

Eduardo's Airbnb was huge and has plenty of room for large families. It is beautifully decorated and has a cozy feel. The staff is amazing, they are friendly and helpful. They cook delicious meals and keep the place spotlessly clean. The facilities are also great, with a swimming pool and pikleball court available for use. Eduardo and Alex are great hosts, they are responsive and accommodating. They made sure we had everthing we needed. I highly recommend Eduardo's place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This was the best stay I’ve had on Airbnb. Eduardo was very responsive and his staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They made us breakfast and lunch for the days we were there and it was amazing. Pool was great and rooms were comfortable. Best place for group or family vacation
