I texted the owner sbout the filth on the balcony. No response. An injured bird was unable to leave the balcony. Bird crap everywhere! Would have liked a response . I had noticed that there would be another charge for my girlfriend when she showed up. But I thought that the extra charge was a bit outrageous. Over $1,000 extra. When you go to any hotel, there is no not an extra charge for a second charge but I thought what they charged me was too much. She slept in my bed and used my toilet. $1,000+ was out of line. Seems like everyone is looking higher prices Oh well.

We enjoyed our stay, the place was BEAUTIFUL with panoramic views of the ocean, perfect for seeing whales. I loved the property and its staff who were super helpful! I plan to return!

This is a nice complex in a nice location. There were some issues that were handled ok ( owning properties ourselves, we understand servicing problems , especially during holiday times).The vast majority of the staff in the complex were very nice, however we did have a run in with one staff member , over a misunderstanding that could have been handled better by her. That kind of treatment leaves an impression, but overall we had a decent stay.

This was an incredible condo with unbeatable views. Stocked with many amenities including grocery bags, a beach bag, pool towels, great linens, and plenty of dishwasher & laundry pods, paper towels, toilet paper, and kitchen essentials. Represented exactly like the pictures. Great security to check you at the gate each time you enter the property and lobby security as you enter the building. The snacks and drink service at the pool is great and not mentioned in the listing. Grab a chair and the guys will be by regularly. Beer is $40, margaritas $95, I can’t recall the food exactly but about $200 or less. Very reasonable prices and good quality. Pool chairs and beach palapas were in good shape and plentiful. No towel game saving seats necessary or tolerated. Next time we would figure out grocery delivery because the nearest stores didn’t carry everything we wanted but were ok for essentials. We paid $2700 for electricity for 5 nights.

Beautiful location that felt quiet, peaceful and safe. The apartment was more than enough space for our family and had amazing views of the ocean from multiple rooms. It’s a short walk to a really good cafe and several restaurants. The check-in process was really fast and easy. Great hosts and would definitely stay again.
