Failure to comply with this rule will result in a financial penalty from the condominium. Not rented to persons under 27 years of age.

This is a great location to have a relaxed time with family. It’s about slowing down and enjoying the surroundings. You pay for privacy and a peaceful environment. The host is very friendly and it is not so complicated to get to the location. This house is in a complex so keep in mind it might take time to be able to enter the premises. No VANs allowed per complex policy.

I loved staying at this cabin. It has a beautiful view, comfortable and pleasant rooms and beds, and spacious common areas. Very good layout. It was a spectacular weekend. The lady who helped us with the cooking and cleaning was very responsive and helpful. Additionally, Fabiana is an incredible host, extremely friendly and super helpful. 1000/10

Fabiana was always available to help during our stay. The house is very nice. The only thing we have to say is that the condominium charges you $40,000 per person upon admission, but this does not include services such as the tennis court or the gym. It is only for admission.

Our experience wasn't the best. The house has good potential, but it currently lacks a lot of maintenance and better attention to cleanliness. Upon arrival, we found bottle caps and glasses in the pool area. During our stay, we saw a snake at the entrance to one of the rooms and a very large toad in the guest bathroom, which was somewhat uncomfortable and concerning. Several rooms had a lot of humidity, and when it rained, one of them flooded. We also noticed that the doors and handles were in poor condition. Communication with the host was inconsistent; at times, she took a long time to respond. One night, we even reported a constant noise from the pool and received no assistance. In addition, we hired an extra cleaning service and kitchen support, but they did not deliver what was promised. We believe that with maintenance, better cleanliness, and more timely service, the experience could be greatly improved.
