The Space

This 2,745-square-foot penthouse overlooks El Tigre Golf Course and the Sierra Madre mountains. Located in a private community with a pool, it offers a quiet, serene setting while remaining close to everything Nuevo Vallarta has to offer. The beach is approximately a 10-minute walk away with the club membership, or a 25-minute drive to public beach access without it.

The apartment includes:

• Three queen beds
• One king-size bed
• Sofas that convert into two single beds
• Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level
• Kitchen and living room area
• Outdoor terrace accessible from the living room
• Building elevator providing access to the apartment floor

The penthouse can accommodate up to 10 guests, although a group of eight is ideal so everyone can have a full bedroom area.

Guest Access

Guests have complimentary access to the community pools.

For reservations of 14 nights or more, an optional club membership is available for a minimum 14-day pass. The approximate cost is:

• $40 USD per adult
• $30 USD for children ages 2–11

Please let us know in advance if you would like the club membership so we can notify the property manager. Membership includes:

• Use of the gym
• Access to three spas
• 50% off green fees at El Tigre Golf Course
• Complimentary shuttle service to the market, bank, and Beach Club beach access
• Access to Playa Royale
• A towel card

The Beach Club access provides a 10-minute walk to the beach. Without the membership, public beach access is approximately a 25-minute drive away.

Accessibility

The upper section of the apartment is not wheelchair accessible. However, the lower level includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen and living room, and an outdoor terrace accessible from the living room. The building also has an elevator for access to the apartment floor.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted on the decks only. Please keep the door closed while smoking and dispose of cigarette remains in a can or dish containing a small amount of water.

Check-In Requirements

After booking, the host will request scans or a fax of photo identification to issue gate passes for the property. This is a gated resort community with high security, and the information must be provided to the security office at least 24 hours in advance so the appropriate personnel can be notified. As a result, last-minute bookings may be difficult to accommodate.
