The outdoor areas and pool are shared with guests staying in the adjacent casita. Guests also have direct access to a beautiful, quiet public beach along the Gulf Coast.

Guests are welcome to enjoy all outdoor areas of the property.
The main house also includes access to a private rooftop area. Please use extreme caution, and do not allow children in this space. One section is currently unrailed, although the enclosed areas offer beautiful views.

- Please keep noise to a minimum before 8:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m. out of consideration for other guests and neighbors.
- This is a non-smoking, no-party property.

It's well worth it. The place is just like the photos. Easy access to the beach. The place is functional, with all the amenities, very nice, very spacious. The design is beautiful. I would just point out that there is no place to hang wet clothes. You would have to improvise a clothesline from the water faucets to the palm tree, and that's not the case, or you would have to put your wet clothes on the floor. For local people, keep in mind that the house does not have hammock stands, only 3 beds. We had a beautiful beach, without gulfweed. The house is very close to the entrance to Chuburná, so you have shops, restaurants, a church and an Oxxo very close to you.

We are very satisfied with our stay. Everything was perfect and we had no issues at all. Communication with the host was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The house was fully equipped and everything worked perfectly. A beautiful, atmospheric beach is just a short walk away. Highly recommended!
