Other Things to Note
- A pig farm is located in the neighborhood. Depending on the wind, an odor may be noticeable between approximately 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. This does not occur every day.
- The property is not suitable for children under 10 years old.

PARADISE! That’s how I’d describe this place. Matt & Rocio answered any and every question I had. I can’t say enough about the extraordinary job they did with this property. I enjoyed practically every amenity there: hanging out in the sauna almost every night, watching movies in the theater, swimming in the pool, working out in the gym, relaxing in the beautiful gardens while reading a book, etc. I also can’t say enough about the on-site hosts Freddie, Amalia and Brayan. Those people are truly a treasure and made my experience there phenomenal. The dogs Javier & Salome are adorable! I arrived at this place as a guest and left as a friend. Truly unforgettable! Make sure you try Amalia‘s outstanding cooking. That woman is a magician in the kitchen and her food tastes incredible. I enjoyed every meal. I totally want to return to Colombia one day to hang out here again because I had such a great time. I completely and enthusiastically recommend this place to everyone.

What a magical house. The grounds and pools are really special and the views are breathtaking. The sauna and plunge pool are an extra special treat. Matt communicated brilliantly and Amelia looked after us really well We’d love to come back sometime

Had an amazing stay in Fredonia! The place was clean, peaceful, beautiful as always, and surrounded by mountain views. Matt and Rocio are always very friendly and helpful, and the town has an authentic, calm charm. Perfect spot to disconnect and enjoy Antioquia’s coffee region. I would definitely stay again!

Our stay felt like a gentle retreat for the soul. The land carries a soft, ancient magic, with mountain views that hold you in quiet awe. Amelia and Freddy tended to us with such beautiful presence and kindness, creating a feeling of home, safety, and deep rest. The pool, the yoga studio, and homemade lunches by the lake became sacred little rituals. And Salomé and Luis Javier, two loving guardians of the land, made our days even sweeter. Matt and Rocío were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. We leave with open hearts and the certainty that we will return to this sanctuary. Thank you !

The attention we received from Mrs. Amalia and her husband was excellent, the food is spectacular, every preparation is very well thought out, my dogs were very happy because there is a lot of space where they could play and every space that the property has is very usable to have a very good stay.

Matt’s home is a gem hidden in the mountains. The views are spectacular, the home is beautiful and comfortable, my favorite is the movie theater. I would highly recommend checking his place out.
