Just for clean guests :) The space The super spacious condo is located in the prime location of San Francisco, Panama. With walking distance to bars, restaurants, casino and shops. Practical for all types of travelers. The space is very bright and open, with natural ocean breezes flowing throughout all rooms. The condo is very big, 130sqmts, has modern decor and top quality amenities. Kindly review all condo rules listed above. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all rules during your stay. 1. Check in time: After 4pm and check out time before 11am. (The luggage cannot be stored in the condo neither with the security of the building before check-in or after check-out time). 2. Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property. 3. No visits, parties or loud music in the condo. 4. The gym, pool, social area and parking are NOT part of the listing. 5. Please the use of A/C is just when needed (electricity is very expensive in Panama City). Turn it of every time you leave the condo. As the condo is located in the top floor there is a good natural ventilation by Just opening the windows. 6. Clean After Use: Please wash dishes and cups after use to keep the space clean and welcoming. 7. You Break It, You Pay It: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. 8. The condo is very clean but it is NOT a brand new condo. Please align your expectations. 9. Only 1 set of keys is given. Important: It is important to mention the distribution of the rooms and size of the beds: The main bedroom has a queen bed and a complete bathroom with hot water. The secondary bedroom has a double bed and shares the complete bathroom with how water with the living room. The third bedroom is a small bedroom with a single bed of 1.60mts long, it has complete bathroom with cold water Other things to note No events, parties or visits allow at the apartment. The gym, pool, parking are NOT part of the listing.

The room was clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the view from there. We saw Panama bay and Panama City. Also there are supermarket close to the apartment. The location was safe area. We recommend to stay there. This owner replied quickly, but always reached by Whatsup, not Airbnb, which was inconvenient. Also we just sent inquiries, but the owner said it was complaining. Overall it was a great stay but we struggled with the communication during staying there.

I had an amazing time staying here. the apartment was perfect for my needs and had plenty of space. The amenities were all there and I never felt like anything was missing. The view and the location were wonderful! Truly my only complaint was some of the road noise and city noise. But it was easy to ignore 99% of the time. Tao was an amazing host and was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Appartement impeccable, cuisine très bien équipée. Seul bémol, la photo de la vue n’est pas prise depuis l’appartement. Lorsque l’on connaît la ville et que l’on recherche un lieu en particulier c’est trompeur. Autrement rien à dire. Supermarché quasiment au pied de l’immeuble, proche de la voie rapide pour accéder au sortir de la ville et très belle vue impressionnante et imprenable sur l’océan.
