Couldn’t have gotten a better place for our family. Highly recommend this space for a group for 4 couples. Mauricio was the best in hospitality, communication, and responsiveness. Not to mention, the views are beautiful and the community is gated. Would definitely book again

The place is even better than the photos, with amazing views of the beach and stunning sunsets. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotless. Mauricio went above and beyond with recommendations and was always responsive, making our stay perfect. The location is also excellent. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The house is in a beautiful location on a steep (car is a must) hill with great views (at least from the upper two levels). The community pool is convenient and close by. The host is very responsive and helpful in providing information and booking of activities and restaurants. Interesting wildlife (monkeys, iguanas, birds, etc.) on the property. Recommendations to the host: Instructions must include the wifi password, as well as step-by-step instructions on operating TV (three remote controls!). We finally figured it out on our own! Major problem on last night revealed a deficiency with the automatic door locking system. On new years eve we returned to the house after midnight. Since we checked out on Jan 1, the doors automatically locked us out on the day of our checkout. This caused a 3-hour wait outside in the dark before anyone could make it there and manually unlock the doors. An emergency key located with the gate keeper would have solved the problem.
