Panarea 4D is a four-bedroom beachfront residence on the fourth floor, offering expansive views across Bucerías Bay while remaining close to the beach below. The residence accommodates up to 10 guests and includes four ensuite bathrooms.

The open-concept living and dining area extends onto an ocean-facing balcony. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide ocean views from nearly every room, while each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and closet.

Modern finishes, air conditioning throughout, and a clean contemporary design create a polished yet comfortable setting by the sea.

Additional Information

• Elevators provide convenient access to all levels, and the property is wheelchair-friendly.
• Pets are permitted only with prior written approval:
  • Up to two small pets weighing a maximum of 10 kilograms each, or
  • One medium-sized pet weighing a maximum of 20 kilograms
• Pets must be well trained, cannot be left unattended unless crated, and must be leashed in common areas.
• Guests are responsible for pet cleanup. Additional cleaning fees may apply if deep cleaning is required.
• Paddleboard availability may vary.
• iPads are provided inside the residence for booking room service, massages, boat reservations, and drivers.
• Boat reservations are subject to availability and weather conditions and may be booked up to 72 hours in advance.
• Spa appointments may be scheduled up to 24 hours in advance or at any time during your stay, subject to availability.
• The tower is cashless. The restaurant and spa accept cards only.
• Guests must submit a digital guest registration form before arrival. The form is shared immediately after booking.
