Guest Access

Guests are welcome to enjoy the tropical yard, which includes banana, plantain, passion fruit, and coconut trees. When coconuts are in season, ask the staff to prepare one for you.

You may also see “Grandpa,” the friendly iguana who lives in a nearby tree. Relax beneath the palapa on the lawn or cool off in the shared pool.

Important Information

The property is adult-oriented and is not suitable for young children. Resident crocodiles live in the canal, so swimming there is not permitted. For safety reasons, children under eight cannot be accommodated. Guests are welcome to fish from the canal’s edge, but please enjoy the pool for swimming.

Iguanas may wander throughout the property. They are part of the local wildlife but can become pests, so please do not feed them or treat them as pets. Keep doors closed to prevent them from entering the cottage.
