The Space

Casa Ensenada Isla Mujeres is a private, fully serviced oceanfront residence with dedicated staff, a heated pool, daily laundry, and cliffside beach access just outside the door. Secluded and serene, the home offers a natural, effortless atmosphere rooted in authentic island hospitality.

This listing includes the first two levels of a spacious oceanfront home with four bedrooms and five bathrooms, comfortably accommodating families or groups.

Optional Penthouse Add-On

The penthouse apartment may be added to your stay. This full two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment has its own private entrance, as well as a lock-off door with direct access to the main house.

The penthouse is available only as an add-on and is never rented separately, ensuring guest privacy.

Upstairs, the primary suite opens onto a private terrace with a hanging chair, creating an ideal setting for quiet mornings or relaxing evenings.

Guest Access

Located on the Caribbean side of Isla Mujeres, the home sits in a peaceful area just off the main road. It is accessed via a private driveway, offering a quiet setting while remaining connected to the island’s main attractions.

Ocean access is directly outside the front door.

Guadalupe Chapel and the beloved Mango Cafe are both approximately a two-minute walk away, making it easy to experience local culture and enjoy some of the island’s best food.

Downtown, North Beach, South Point, and other key areas are a short golf cart ride away.

• Lunch and dinner include one main entrée selection and beverages
• A full menu is available upon request
• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner require 24 hours’ advance notice
• Desserts require 48 hours’ advance notice
• Meal timing may slightly adjust housekeeping hours because the service is coordinated with the daily housekeeping schedule
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm meal services
• All meal-service payments are handled directly through the House Manager
