The property is nestled in a jungle setting within a local neighborhood, providing an authentic experience of Costa Rican culture. It is located close to the National Park, public beaches, and excellent restaurants.
The house is situated directly next to a market and a restaurant, offering convenient access to local goods and dining. It is just minutes away from the public beach and the National Park. Public transportation is easily accessible, with a bus stop within a short walking distance.
Guests have full access to the entire house, including the private back patio, pool, rooftop terrace, and the dedicated parking spot. Although there are two other homes on the property, they are separate and provide complete privacy.
Our first visit to Costa Rica was spent in a nearby home for one month, where we fell in love with the neighborhood, community, and surroundings. Returning the following year for another month deepened our appreciation for the area. We discovered this property while walking to the market and knew immediately it was a special place.
The home has been modernized with amenities like hot water and air conditioning while preserving its authentic Costa Rican style and design. We hope guests will enjoy Casa Lily as much as we do, as it offers a unique opportunity to immerse oneself in Costa Rica.
