The Space

Villa Nautilus offers a peaceful, upscale beachfront experience within the exclusive Puerta Cortés Resort. The recently remodeled kitchen is fully equipped, while the spacious indoor and outdoor areas provide comfortable settings for relaxing and spending time with family or friends.

Located just steps from Puerto Beach Club, the villa provides convenient beach access and panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez. Whether you are exploring nearby beaches, enjoying concierge services, or relaxing by the water, Villa Nautilus offers a welcoming setting for families and small groups.

To access resort facilities, guests must register their names with staff and indicate that they are staying at Beach Villa 5.

Small dogs weighing less than 10 kilograms (22 pounds) are permitted with prior authorization. A pet fee per night applies.

Important Disclosure

Effective July 21, 2026, Puerta Cortés implemented a new policy for vacation rental guests who wish to access Puerto Beach Club and the Hotel Índigo pool.

The following minimum food and beverage consumption applies:

• Adults: MXN $800 per person
• Children accompanied by an adult: No minimum consumption
• Teenagers visiting without an accompanying adult: MXN $500 per person

This policy is established and managed exclusively by Puerta Cortés and may change without prior notice. Nautilus Properties does not determine or control these requirements. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept that access conditions for third-party amenities may change during their stay.

Resort Environment and Activity

Puerta Cortés is an active resort community. Guests may occasionally notice daytime noise, resort activity, marina movement, or nearby construction and maintenance work within or around the resort.

Construction schedules and working hours are managed by third parties and are not established or controlled by our administration. These conditions are part of the area’s ongoing development.

All resort amenities operate according to Puerta Cortés rules, schedules, and availability, which may change without prior notice. Guests are asked to respect all community guidelines and shared facilities.

Golf Cart Information

The villa includes one golf cart with seating for up to four passengers.

If you would like to rent an additional golf cart for greater convenience and easier transportation around the resort, please contact us in advance so we can check availability and coordinate the reservation. An additional golf cart is available at an extra cost and is subject to availability at the time of the request.

Upon arrival, guests must sign a golf cart liability waiver and provide a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, provided the golf cart is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Guest Registration and Security Deposit

After your booking is confirmed and before your arrival, you will receive a registration link from our secure guest verification platform, SafeGuest, by email or message.

This brief registration process helps us prepare for your check-in and ensure a smooth arrival. You will also be asked to place a security deposit hold or select the damage protection insurance option.

The process is secure, and any information provided will be used solely for your reservation and registration.
