This was such an excellent place to stay! The location is amazing, the surroundings are beautiful, the street is quiet, the room is spacious and accommodating, the home has everything you could need, and the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I enjoyed everything about this place.

I highly recomend stay there. The room is exactly as describe. Comfortable bed and big bathroom The kitchen has everything you need and more. The location is very quite and super clean I loved the proximity to the beach, restaurants and super markets Victor was very flexibile with the check-in and he helped me arrange my transportation to the bus station my last day. He was very attentive and he always replied to my questions and doubts quickly.

It is a space that is close to the beach, you have to walk about 500 meters. A spacious and very clean place. Properly equipped kitchen and a washing machine. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was smooth and he helped me with a couple of issues. The room where I was staying did not have air conditioning, someone came to check it and they had to make a change that was going to take several days and offered to modify the reservation for a refund, since the place is closed and very hot. I understand that these are situations that can happen, however, I was surprised that during the two nights I was there there were other spaces available and he did not offer a change. Something that should be improved are the keys, which are extremely complicated to use, the outlet next to the bed does not work and another on a wall is detached. The internet does not reach the kitchen area and there is a noticeable difference in comfort between the two kitchens that the guests in the rooms must share.

Victor was a great host very quick to respond to any needs. I stayed for over two weeks. Nice big room and balcony. The kitchen was well equipped with everything i needed to cook. The bed was comfortable. I even enjoyed the cool shower it was always a welcomed experience, i never missed not having hot water. Restaurants bakery and little grocery store close by. 8 min walk to the beach Generally quiet except for the occasional barking dog next door at night. I would recommend staying here. Reasonably priced
