"Maria del Mar" boasts 7 elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The main house contains 5 bedrooms, each a sanctuary of peace and relaxation, with luxurious bedding and state-of-the-art amenities:

• Master 2: King bed
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds and a bunk bed for children

The standalone bungalow offers 2 additional bedrooms with a queen bed and a set of twin beds, providing extra privacy and serenity. There are also 2 additional bedrooms without air conditioning in a casita, which can be made available under certain conditions. The entire home is tastefully decorated, blending modern comforts with a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Occupancy Restrictions

Please note that the nightly base rate is for 5 guests. There is a charge for each additional guest, which is automatically calculated when booking for the total number of guests. If a negotiated rate is offered, that rate is strictly for the original number of guests. Should a guest wish to book the whole house for up to 16 people, that reservation must reflect that number of guests. If additional guests are desired mid-stay, that can be requested via the Airbnb app. We reserve the right to reject additional guest requests. Communication regarding guests and events is key, as neither events nor illegal activity is allowed in the home or the Hacienda Iguana resort area.
