Casa Copal is a luxury design penthouse in Tulum’s trendiest area. It features a double-height living room, a large private rooftop pool, a high-end Bang & Olufsen speaker system, beautiful bed linens, spacious interiors, and distinctive décor.

The Space

The penthouse has a separate entrance and offers 2,497 square feet (232 square meters) of living space. It faces east and south, receiving beautiful natural light from the morning through the middle of the afternoon.

The property is arranged across three levels connected by stairs.

Rooftop Pool and Terrace

The private rooftop pool is accessible only from the penthouse. It is a saltwater pool, which is gentler on the environment and beneficial for the skin. The pool and terrace are completely private, with no neighboring properties overlooking the space.

The rooftop terrace includes:

• A spacious lounge with soft cushions
• A rainproof covered ceiling
• An additional open-air relaxation area with direct sunlight

Living and Kitchen Area

Large windows fill the living and kitchen area with natural light while offering views of the surrounding trees and plants. The double-height ceiling creates a spacious, comfortable atmosphere, complemented by carefully selected furnishings.

Artistic Bang & Olufsen speakers are positioned between the windows and can be connected via Bluetooth. The sound system delivers excellent audio quality; guests are kindly asked not to use it at full volume, as the building has six additional neighbors.

The living area includes handmade furniture, a large sofa, a dining table, and a kitchen island suitable for dinner parties or intimate cooking sessions.

The penthouse has two independent fiber-optic internet networks, with coverage on the first and rooftop floors. The connection reaches speeds of up to 230 megabits per second and is suitable for working from home.

Guest Access

Casa Copal is part of a building with seven apartments. The property is located in a quiet area with very little traffic and numerous restaurants within walking distance, which is uncommon in Tulum.

After booking, guests receive an insider guide with recommendations for the surrounding area and Tulum in general.

The building offers:

The neighborhood is considered very safe, with a strong community of residents who care for the area and create a welcoming atmosphere.
