The Space

Casa Monmar is located in the exclusive Las Colinas Hillside Residences at Puerta Cortés Resort. Recently updated with new furnishings and modern kitchen appliances, the home offers a comfortable, functional layout for families or groups.

The property includes:

• Three bedrooms and two bathrooms
• Primary bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom with a bathtub
• Second bedroom with a king-size bed
• Third bedroom with twin beds
• Optional folding single bed for an additional guest
• 55-inch Smart TV in each bedroom
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Comfortable living and dining areas
• Private parking

Small dogs weighing under 20 pounds are welcome with prior authorization. A pet fee applies.

Guest Access

Guests staying at Casa Monmar enjoy access to select amenities within Las Colinas and the wider Puerta Cortés Resort.

Casa Monmar also offers private parking and convenient access to pedestrian routes, allowing guests to enjoy a peaceful hillside retreat while remaining close to marina activities, dining, and downtown La Paz.

Community Pool Notice

The Las Colinas community pool has been temporarily closed for repairs since June 1, 2026, and will remain unavailable until further notice. This homeowners association-managed project may result in light daytime maintenance activity.

Guests continue to have access to Puerto Beach Club by Hotel Indigo and other available resort amenities.

Golf Cart Information

The home includes one golf cart with seating for up to four passengers.

An additional golf cart may be rented for greater convenience and easier transportation around the resort. Please request this in advance so availability can be confirmed and the reservation coordinated. The additional golf cart is subject to availability and an extra charge.

Upon arrival, guests must:

• Present a valid driver’s license
• Sign a golf cart liability waiver
• Leave a refundable security deposit

The deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, provided the golf cart is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Beach Club and Hotel Indigo Pool Access

Effective July 21, 2026, Puerta Cortés implemented a new policy for vacation rental guests wishing to access Puerto Beach Club and the Hotel Indigo pool.

Access is subject to the following minimum food and beverage consumption:

• Adults: MXN $800 per person
• Children accompanied by an adult: No minimum consumption
• Teenagers visiting without an accompanying adult: MXN $500 per person

This policy is established and managed exclusively by Puerta Cortés and may change without prior notice. Nautilus Properties does not determine or control these requirements. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept that access conditions for third-party amenities may change during their stay.

Other Things to Note

Puerta Cortés is an active resort community that hosts events, tournaments, and social gatherings throughout the year. On certain dates, these activities may create increased activity or a livelier atmosphere within the resort.

Access to resort amenities, including the Beach Club and common areas, is subject to resort rules, operating hours, and availability. These policies are managed by the resort administration and may change without prior notice.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Additional guests may incur extra nightly charges. Community rules for Las Colinas must be respected at all times.

Guest Registration and Security

After your booking is confirmed and before arrival, you will receive a registration link from SafeGuest, our secure guest verification platform, by email or message.

This brief registration process helps prepare everything for check-in and supports a smooth arrival. You will also be asked to either place a security deposit hold or select the damage protection insurance option.

The process is secure, and any information provided is used solely for your reservation and registration.
