Great place to stay! Very clean and spacious apartment. Perfect for our family of 5. Location is ideal: 10-15 minutes walk from the center of town, close to restaurants and small grocery stores. And very quiet. Communication with Tom and Margeory was easy and they were accommodating with check in and check out. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and kept the property immaculate. The outdoor area is the big plus of this place: our family loved the pool, the hot tub, the gardens and the hammocks. The courtyard is a shared space but we had it for ourselves most of the time. We highly recommend it!

My husband and I were looking for a haven from the dreary Virginia winter, and I dont think we could have found a better place. Tom and his staff are top notch. We left Guatemala healthier than when we arrived due to the comfort and care of this amazing place. We have already booked for next winter.

Gorgeous property-loved the jacuzzi and the pool! Cute cat & dog which added to the ambience of the beautiful garden courtyard. They give the option to have lunch delivered daily for a fee which is a nice touch. Gorgeous room- big beautiful comfortable beds-nicely decorated. They will arrange transportation for tours for you and rides to and from the airport if needed. We had a small hiccup with one of the hired tour drivers, but overall everything was great. Easy walk to downtown Antigua where you can get street food, nice restaurant food, or just hang out and talk to people. Nice market to get genuine Guatemalan souveneirs. Try going to the Chocolate Museum and definitely check out the Macadamian farm, hike a volcano as well! Staying here make it convenient to see the sights we wanted in Guatemala.

In all the years that I have been coming to Antigua, this is by far the cleanest, friendliest, and best managed property I have had the pleasure of staying at. A beautiful and peaceful property with an outstanding owner and staff!

Tom and Marjory were around alot and helpful for any kind of questions. We appreciated that he let us drop our bags early in the day while the room was still being cleaned. The apartment is about 15 minute walk from the town center and 5 from the main market. We opted to walk instead of tuk tuks and felt very safe, even around 10 PM. The courtyard for the apartments was tranquil and lovely. we enjoyed the hammocks and the hot tubs. Only small surprise was that the front door and the 2nd floor door to the shared 2nd floor patio were large glass sliding doors. So to get privacy , you have to completely shut the curtains. Thanks, Tom.

We had such an amazing stay! Tom was extremely friendly and the place was even more beautiful in person. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in Antigua 🌋

This place is like a paradise in a middle of a very energetic city. The place is peaceful, beautiful, well thought and close enough to historical center to walk.

2 days before our arrival Tom’s staff reached out to get an idea of time we would arrive. Our apartment was ready early and we were able to check in and drop off our luggage so we could explore. Staff very friendly. Place is beautifully decorated and very clean. Definitely will be back.
