The Space

This 250-square-meter boutique home features a private pool, rooftop terrace, four bedrooms, and space for up to 10 guests. It is designed so your only responsibility is to enjoy Cartagena.
The home combines modern architecture with a colonial soul. Upon entering, you will find a wall displaying cannonballs and colonial vessels discovered during excavation. The dining area connects naturally with the kitchen and pool, keeping everyone together while enjoying the different spaces.

Guest Access and Services
We are happy to welcome families and groups of friends. Three members of our team help make your stay especially comfortable:
- Milagros, chef: Available from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to prepare breakfast and lunch. Her service is completely free; you only pay for the ingredients. We can also shop for you and charge the exact cost without a markup.
- Johan, overnight attendant: Watches over the house and guests every night from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. He cleans the pool three to four times per week and can handle evening errands, such as picking up pizzas, beer, drinks, or anything else you need.
- Rocío, housekeeper: Provides additional cleaning support when the group includes eight or more guests, helping keep the home in excellent condition.
Our team is here to ensure that your only concern is enjoying Cartagena.
Additional Information
- Small pets are welcome and are treated as guests.
- We offer transportation in an eight-passenger van with luggage space, ideal for airport transfers and trips to tourist attractions. This service has an additional cost paid directly to the driver.
- We can recommend trusted local providers for in-home massages and beauty services, boat rentals, dance classes, guided tours, and wine, gin and tonic, or whisky tastings. Each activity is arranged and paid for directly with the provider.
- Guest registration requirements are completed through TRA and SIRE to ensure a safe and regulated stay.

The accommodation is wonderful, just like in the photos: a large, well-kept, and clean villa. It is definitely worth the price for the comfort and the pool. It is located in an area of artists and small restaurants, so you can get around on foot to reach the historic center of Cartagena safely. Dario was present and responsive from the start and supported us with so many things. He was one of my best hosts!

Wonderful stay in Dario's house. An authentic house, full of charm, with all the comforts you could hope for. The rooms are very spacious and the house is a true haven of peace. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the neighborhood, while being extremely quiet. It was particularly appreciated and a real luxury in this area, where some homes can be much louder. We also had Rocchi Milagros at our disposal to help us with our baby, prepare delicious breakfasts, and take care of the house every day, as well as a gardener. Real hotel service while enjoying the comfort and privacy of a house. The pool was also very nice, with a perfect temperature. Finally, Dario was extremely responsive throughout the stay. As soon as we had a question, he would answer us within minutes. We had a great time and recommend this house

The house is gorgeous. Beautiful and unique design. The very functional kitchen is technically outdoors. Dario was an incredibly responsive host. For example, when we arrived after midnight on Saturday one of the air conditioning units was not working. By 9am the host had purchased a new unit and found technicians to install it. On a Sunday! Location is excellent and safe. Lots to do and short walk to walled city. Rochi cooked us a delicious breakfast and Johan was around in the evenings for whatever we needed.

THIS.... is cartagena at it's best. I wish there were 10 STAR reviews. Sadly, the old walled city has lost so much of its charm since I was married there 17 years ago, but the BEST DECISION I made recently was staying in this beautiful home in Getsemani. It was PERFECT. ZERO FLAWS, ZERO COMMENTS, ZERO COMPLAINTS. It was the PERFECT AirBNB stay. I fell in love again with Cartagena bc of this home, and all I want to do is come back to this magical place and retire. AND Doña Milagros and Doña Rochi were the sweetest, funnest, most attentive and best caretakers EVER. They cooked AMAZING food for us, and were so much fun to have around. They reminded me so much of my Tias I grew up with in Medellin, and absolutely loved their warmth and spirit!! STOP SEARCHING AND GO TO THIS HOUSE!!! ASAP!!!
