The Space

This spacious tropical villa, perched atop the hills, offers stunning views of San Juan Del Sur and the Pacific Ocean. Set on a private 6-acre estate, the property provides a peaceful mountaintop retreat. To the west, you can admire San Juan Del Sur and the Pacific, while to the south, the coastline of Costa Rica unfolds. Enjoy your morning coffee in a hammock on the expansive porch, taking in the ocean vista and the sounds of tropical birds and wildlife.

All buildings are equipped with air conditioning. Full-time maid service is included, with daily cleaning of all rooms and beds made each day.

Our property delivers a hotel-like experience while remaining completely private for your family or group. Two full-time staff members are on-site during the day to maintain and clean the estate. The maintenance person handles landscaping and repairs, while the maid focuses on cleaning, bed making, and attending to your needs to ensure a comfortable stay.

The main house is fully air-conditioned and can also be cooled by the refreshing mountaintop breeze. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms with queen-size beds. A large wrap-around porch offers tables, seating, and a hammock.

The honeymoon suite includes its own air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a private patio furnished with seating and loungers.

Two lower grotto rooms share an outdoor bathroom. Both rooms are air-conditioned and overlook the grotto pool, BBQ area, and seating with loungers.

The property’s six acres provide unobstructed views. A path leads down the hillside to a secluded yoga pavilion nestled among the trees.

For stays of one week or longer, the maid offers complimentary basic laundry service including washing and drying. Additionally, she can prepare breakfast and lunch for your group at a rate of $8 per day per guest, plus the cost of ingredients. This fee goes directly to her and supports her family.

An additional building, originally a restaurant, is now furnished as a spacious meeting venue with beautiful views of San Juan Del Sur and the surrounding mountains.

The estate is fully gated and walled, featuring two large parking areas that accommodate multiple vehicles with ample space.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the large meeting building. The only restricted areas are the old restaurant kitchen and the cabanas located beyond the yoga pavilion, which are unsafe.

Other Details

The property is situated on a mountainside with two parking lots: one upper and one lower. Guests can park in the upper lot and carry luggage down a few steps to the main area. For those with heavy luggage, it is convenient to move vehicles to the lower parking lot before departure, allowing easy access to roll bags along the pathway.
