This house in Jaco was a dream. Such a great location a short 10-20 minute walk to anything you could need (Restaurants, Beach, Groceries, etc). Our host, Wen, did a terrific job. He was extremely helpful and responsive and the house was immaculate. If you are going to Jaco with a big group, I 100% recommend this stay.

We had our children and grandchildren with us. Plenty of room. The pool was amazing. We enjoyed it immensely. Wen took care of all our needs and was extremely responsive to our requests, from grocery delivery to airport transportation.

We had the best stay at wens place! The location excellent, less than 10 minutes to downtown and quick walk to the beach. The house was perfect for our large spring break group. We loved hanging by the pool and on the sundeck.

The place was stunning. It was perfect for what our group needed. Wen was also extremely helpful with organizing our shuttles to and from the airport. Would love to come back eventually.

We had a wonderful time on our trip to Costa Rica. There were 8 of us present for the New Year celebrations. Wen communicated with us prior to our arrival. Her recommendations were thorough and communication response time was fast. She arranged our airport transfer driver for a reasonable price. The location of the home was on a peaceful street still close enough to the action and busy Main Street of Jaco. The pool was the perfect accompaniment to each day, packed with tons of fun and activity. Our young adult children took the two pool houses which was a perfect layout to allow the kids to have some privacy and later bed times than the adults. The rooftop was also a nice spot for sunsets. Sol was helpful upon arrival with guiding us through the home tour and access codes. There are some mosquitos and ants, which is to be expected in a tropical environment, but you may want to keep food in fridge and bring bug spray if you’re sensitive to that sort of thing.
