Surfside Resort Villa

This expansive nine-bedroom, 11-bathroom luxury villa with a private pool is a two-minute walk from Playa Potrero and accommodates up to 30 guests. The villa includes eight private suites with spacious spa-style bathrooms, Smart TVs, and private patios, plus a ninth bedroom and a large flexible space for additional bedding.

Your stay includes daily housekeeping, complimentary breakfast, and a six-passenger golf cart. The concierge team can arrange airport transfers, private chefs, and excursions such as catamaran cruises, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, and jungle tours.

The Space

Exclusive Retreats welcomes you to Surfside Villa, a spacious luxury property near Playa Potrero. The villa offers more than 10,000 square feet of indoor living space and 5,000 square feet of outdoor space, making it well suited to large groups seeking privacy and resort-style amenities.

Each hotel-style suite features a Smart TV, private patio, and luxurious spa bathroom. The property also offers the comfort and privacy of a private home, with daily housekeeping and freshly prepared breakfast included.

Surfside, Potrero, and the neighboring community of Playa Flamingo are close to Costa Rica’s dining, beaches, and outdoor activities. Guests can enjoy seaside dining, surfing, beach hopping, hiking, biking, snorkeling, and deep-sea fishing.

• Yoga Room: Up to four twin beds can be arranged upon request. The room includes an attached full bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and a large-screen TV, making it suitable as a children’s retreat space.

Additional Bedding

Four memory-foam guest beds are available upon request. They can be prepared and placed in multiple rooms before arrival. Each guest suite is large enough to accommodate additional beds.

Upon request, two twin beds can also be set up in the massage room in place of the massage table.

• Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is included at no additional cost.
• Breakfast: Prepared daily with coffee, fruit, and a variety of morning favorites.

Private Chef Experience

Breakfast is included. Optional all-inclusive dining is available for $69 per person per day. The executive chef can prepare all meals throughout your stay, creating a gourmet dining experience tailored to your preferences.

Individual dinners are also available for $55–$120 per person.

• Children under six: Free
• Children aged seven to 12: $39 per day

• Golf cart: Six-passenger golf cart included. A refundable $1,000 damage deposit is required at check-in.
• Bicycles: Four beach cruiser bicycles for guest use.
• Water toys: Two paddleboards.
• Beach gear: 16 chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkeling gear, and towels.

Guest Services and Amenities

• Airport transfers: Liberia International Airport is 45 minutes away. Shuttle service is available for $120 each way for one to four people. For groups larger than four, the rate is $25 per person.
• Local transportation: Can be arranged through the concierge during your stay.
• Excursions: Boat tours, fishing trips, jungle adventures, ziplining, and other activities can be booked through the concierge.
• Private events: The villa can host private gatherings, with full event coordination available.
• Guest essentials: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryers, and makeup remover are provided in all bathrooms.
• Family-friendly amenities: High chair and Pack ’n Play available for young children.
• Drinking water: Water throughout the villa is safe for guests to drink.
• Grocery stocking: Available for the cost of the groceries plus a 20% service fee.

Nightly Rates

Nightly rates are based on occupancy of 16 guests. Additional guests are charged $30 per person, per night.
