Overview

Enjoy a private, peaceful stay within walking distance of everything Tamarindo has to offer. A portion of every stay is donated to ADI Tamarindo, an organization that supports the community by:

• Establishing and expanding the local lifeguard program
• Hosting the Saturday morning farmers market
• Operating a youth soccer program
• Organizing beach cleanups
• Providing additional security for the area

Your stay helps support these initiatives and contributes to the continued improvement of Tamarindo.

The Space

There are no extra fees. The 18% Airbnb fee is included in the nightly rate.

The condo offers plenty of room to spread out and serves as a comfortable home base in Tamarindo. Features include:

• Coffee maker
• Microwave
• Toaster

• Flatware and dishes for six guests

Linens and Supplies

Each registered guest receives:

• One beach towel
• One bath towel

The condo also includes hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen towels in the kitchen. Guests are provided with biodegradable two-in-one shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and biodegradable kitchen soap.

An iron and hair dryer are available for guest use.

Beach chairs, coolers, and sand toys are available in the building on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cleaning

Weekly cleaning is included for stays longer than seven nights. Additional cleanings are available for an extra fee.

Location

The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of Tamarindo’s attractions:

• Two-minute walk to the beach
• Four-minute walk to the town center

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the common-area amenities from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., including:

• Plunge pool
• Shallow children’s pool
• Outdoor shower
• Foot shower
• Gas barbecue grill and grilling tools
• Poolside lounging areas
• Outdoor dining areas

The condo is available through self-check-in.

Important Information

The condo is located on the fourth floor, and the building does not have an elevator. The apartment is best suited for guests aged 12 and older.

There is no childproofing in the apartment. Electrical outlets are accessible, and some tables may have sharp corners.

Noise is possible during your stay, including sounds from howler monkeys, nearby construction, music, conversations, and surrounding neighbors.

Pets are not permitted.

On-site parking is available for one car only.

Local Wildlife and Insects

Ants, spiders, moths, lizards, flies, beetles, and other animals are native to the area. It is normal to occasionally see small creatures inside or around homes and condos, particularly during the rainy season when they seek dry shelter.

Unsealed food left on the counter may attract insects. The condo is prepared with traps, sprays, and other supplies, but refunds are not provided for sightings of these creatures. If there is an unusually large number of ants or other pests inside, guests may use the Bygon spray under the kitchen sink or request assistance from the handyman.

Please respect the local wildlife and understand that these encounters are part of experiencing beach life in Costa Rica. You may also see howler monkeys, skunks, porcupines, opossums, iguanas, and hawks. Do not approach or disturb them, and they will generally leave you alone.

Power Outages

Power outages are possible in Costa Rica. If an outage lasts more than six hours, a 25% refund will be offered for the affected day. No refund or discount is provided for outages lasting fewer than six hours.

Construction and Community Support

Tamarindo is experiencing significant growth, with development occurring throughout Villarreal, Tamarindo, and Langosta. Nearby construction may create noise during legally permitted working hours.

A portion of every stay is donated to ADI Tamarindo to support its community programs, including the lifeguard program, Saturday farmers market, youth soccer program, beach cleanups, and additional area security.
