10 stars for Mauricio and his team. They made the stay beyond perfect, helping with planning, coordination, everything. I cannot suggest this house enough, and i would give both the house and the hose 20 out of 5 stars. Everything was fabulous!

Absolutely amazing. Better than the pictures. Mauricio and his team were outstanding. I’ve never had such amazing service with an Airbnb! We will be returning!

A wonderful stay at a beautiful home. My family and I loved the surroundings, the pristine conditions, the glass walls, the cleaning crew, the pool, the view and the monkeys and toucans that visited every day. Mauricio was an amazing, responsive host with great ideas and recommendations . He helped plan our day trips and checked in with us every day. We had a small problem with the listing that expressed the entire house had AC. When we arrived, the AC in the common areas was not working. Mauricio was under the impression that the listing stated that and when he/they realized it was listed incorrectly, the owner and Mauricio were very good and helpful with making the situation right. They were great and I can't say enough about their efforts to make us happy. Thank you Mauricio.

Amazing views of both ocean and jungle. Design and architecture also breadth taking. It felt like Tony Starks billionaire beach home !

We are a family of four who stayed a week, March 2026. The house is a spectacular place. Howler and squirrel monkeys can be seen in the trees from the deck. The beach is a 10 min walk down the hill It’s a bit steep coming back but there are no flat roads in Manual Antonio. A fantastic stay.

Probably one of the best places in Manuel Antonio. Beautiful view and the best is the pool which actually does go inside the house. The 4 master bedrooms are great and full of smart gadgets. All and all the best 4 bedrooms house you can rent in the area.

Wow. Hard to put into words our experience at la Casa de Ventanas. Mauricio and his team were incredible, from communication, to recommendations, organizing excursions/activities/transportation, and not to mention Melissa coming daily in the morning helping us keep the place clean to enjoy. We had a group of 8 and the 4 bedroom setup was perfect. The bedrooms are all incredible and offer unique views of Costa Rica that would be hard to replicate. We had monkeys and sloths visit daily, along with numerous beautiful birds. You need a ride to get to the main part of town, but there are restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores that are within walking distance. I would advise that this property is probably best suited for adults, or at least older children. We were 7 adults and 1 child (9 yrs) and it was perfect for us. That said, bc of the architecture of the house, water splashes and some of the corners get slippery and could be dangerous. Incredible experience!! Highly rec!!

Casa Ventanas is truly a house of windows. The views from every room are incredible and when the glass walls/doors are open it is as if you are living outdoors in your own private jungle overlooking the ocean. Of course, you have to be on the lookout for the squirrel monkeys who visit in the mornings. The toucans and scarlet macaws put on a noisy and colorful show every day. The house was perfect for a three-generation family vacation. The pool, with its view, was amazing and was used almost continuously. The layout was perfect so everyone had their own spaces including decks. The daily staff were very much appreciated. Mauricio was invaluable for coordinating our stay by arranging: groceries, transportation to and from San Jose, private chefs, restaurant and tour reservations, and local transportation. He was always available to answer my questions and offer suggestions. He relieved me of having to coordinate the logistics of our stay so I could enjoy our vacation.

The house is great, but the thing that stood out the most was Maurico. He went above and beyond to help us throughout the stay, even grocery shopping for us and paying with his own money because we were short on cash (of course we paid him back). He set up a couple tours for us, transportation, personal chefs, even personally drove us to our next destination. He is without a doubt the best Airbnb host we have ever had, by a lot. He was available at all times and communicated extremely well. He gets a 10 out of 10 star rating. Thank you Maurico.

I've stayed many times in the Quepos area. and this home is our family's favorite. it's a private paradise yet very close to great beaches, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this location!
