Alejandro and his manager Samuel were super friendly and helpful during our stay. Unfortunately, we are very used to using cell phones and, in this area, Telcel and Movistar companies have no signal. The place is very nice for camping ⛺️ and spending a pleasant night. There is no kitchen, but the nature of its surroundings is still very pleasant. We would definitely 100% return to stay at this beautiful place.

The place is very nice, everything in order, the manager was always attentive to the needs we had, very cordial and friendly. The room was clean, with hot water, heating in the bedrooms, everything was very good. Definitely a place to go back to.

It is a very nice place to be, the manager of the place was very attentive, Alejandro would respond very quickly; the place is very nice to be in contact with nature and it is very easy to get to Oro, Tlalpujahua and the dam. The rooms have everything not to be cold(cold season) was very pleasant stay.

The host on the lookout for everything, recommended places to go, he put us on fire at night(extra cost) , the space is very spacious for our little ones to play

The host had good communication and was friendly. The problem was that upon arrival a room was unheated and made it practically uninhabitable due to the low temperatures in the evening, I communicated it to the manager of the place on several occasions until in the evening he placed an electric heater which did not cover the expected function. Outside of that theme, the place was very nice, the people were very friendly and attentive.

The place is very quiet, it has space for campfire that I loved. Comfortable, spacious room. The people who grant the service is very pleasant and with ample availability for the needs of the guest.
