House Rules and Additional Information

Large parties, DJ events, and loud musical performances of any kind are not permitted. This includes popular Mexican banda music performances. Large speakers may not be brought into the house.

Casa Bellissima is located in a residential neighborhood, and we ask that you respect the neighbors as you would want your own neighbors to respect you.

The Airbnb platform permits a maximum of 16 guests, although the home can accommodate more. An additional-person fee applies to each guest beyond eight people. This fee must be arranged and paid as part of the rental cost at the time of booking or before arrival.

When you enter the number of guests in the app, it will automatically calculate the additional-person charges. If your group includes more than 16 guests, you must contact us for approval. If the larger group is approved, the final price in the app will need to be adjusted for guests beyond 16, as the app only tracks up to 16 people.
