The Space
This comfortable one-bedroom condo is situated in a quiet, gated community right in the center of Playas del Coco. It is just a short walk from the beach, a variety of excellent restaurants, shopping centers, and supermarkets.
Inside, you'll find an open living area with cozy seating, including a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. There is a dedicated dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring full-sized appliances and all the essentials to make you feel at home.
The private, bright tropical bedroom offers a restful queen bed, ample clothing storage, an en suite bathroom with an upgraded shower, and access to a balcony. This space is ideal for relaxing and unwinding in a peaceful environment.
The community pool, surrounded by lush tropical plants, provides a refreshing spot to enjoy after a day spent at the beach or exploring local shops.
Guest Access
Guests have access to a separate outdoor kitchen, a patio area, and laundry facilities.
Location
Playas del Coco is conveniently located just 25 minutes from Guanacaste Airport (LIR). The drive is straightforward on paved roads, with no need for a 4x4 vehicle.
Beyond Coco Beach, you can easily visit several other well-known beaches nearby, including Ocotal, Hermosa, and Penca, all within the beautiful Papagayo region. This location offers excellent access to explore the surrounding area.

Jen and Brian's condo was the absolute BEST for us. The complex and the condo are very clean, all amenities are top notch and everything is within walking distance. (so many restaurants, gift shops, coffee shops and of course, the beach!!) The pool is crystal clear, a wonderful way to cool down anytime of day. The neighbours are very friendly as well. The complex itself is gated and very quiet. It is approximately 100 meters inland from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street so sleeping is easily achieved. The noisiest part of our 10 day stay was the beautiful song birds chirping in the morning! Brian and Jen made sure we had everything we needed and were quick to respond to our questions. They even left us a bottle of wine as they knew we were on our honeymoon. We are planning on going back to Costa Rica and will no doubt book our stay with Jen and Brian. We absolutely LOVED it. Highly recommend!

The location and space was exactly what I needed for my first experience in Costa Rica. My host was so incredibly helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations. I’m never had a host this helpful before and I am so grateful! The proximity to Coco Beach is perfect!!

Nice condo in a quiet street in the busy touristy area of Coco. We enjoyed the location. 5-10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants, shops and groceries all just a few minutes walk away. Felt very safe. Enjoyed the pool. Great hosts communicated proactively and check on us via text every day to see if we needed anything.

Perfect location, jennifer and Brian responded very quickly when we need help with tv & laundry card. I’d like to see the kitchen with a few storage containers with lids and plastic wi e glasses for pool, otherwise it would have received 5 stars!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Jennifer and Brian’s apartment. It is right in the center of Coco with an easy walk to all restaurants and the beach. The pool was great to cool down and was a nice temperature. We would stay again if in the area.

Jennifer and Brian were very responsive and quick to answer questions. Apartment is well located close to the Main Street but quiet enough for good sleeping.

Jennifer and Brian were THE BEST hosts! We stayed 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed Vientimiglia 13! Jennifer has done a great renovation on the unit and Brian was very present and communicative, offering ideas on restaurants, activities and a great location for sunset photos in Playa del Coco. I would definitely stay here again! Definitely 5 stars!
