The house is on a very steep hill. Please note that it is very tiring to walk there and that not just any vehicle can go up because the street is not paved. Although it's a bit impractical, it's worth the effort to get there, as it has a stunning view of the jungle that you wouldn't have if it weren't at such a height. Other than that, the house is great: the hosts respond very quickly and are very proactive, the house is in excellent condition, and there is staff who clean the outdoor areas daily without disturbing anyone. The beds are comfortable and the living/dining room/kitchen is a very good size. The bathrooms are clean and have shampoo, soap, and towels for all the guests. Everything in the house works, from the air conditioners to the appliances and outlets. From the house, we went to see a little bit of wildlife, such as monkeys, squirrels and giant moths. It's worth every penny!

The place was very beautiful, with great views, a lovely pool and an excellent location. Communication with the hosts was perfect and they were very accommodating. The main house is separate from the bedrooms, which if you have young kids (like us) isn't ideal, but for families with slightly older kids and groups of friends, this place is perfect. Thank you!

Great house for our family reunion - can walk into town if you’re up for the driveway hill hike! Howler monkeys and so many birds right there on the patio - so cool. The water situation isn’t great (hot showers are scarce) and the bugs were pretty bad, but I guess that’s what you get when staying in the jungle. The gate and the microwave had to both be fixed when we were there, but host was quite responsive and fixed quickly. Overall, beautiful location!

Nothing like the photos. The wood deck looks like it’s 20 years old. The house faces west and gets so so hot in the afternoon. The AC units are not strong enough to cool it down. If the pictures were close to what it actually looks like then we would have had better expectations for the stay. The pictures are so so different then what it actually looks like it’s crazy. It does feel like a bait and switch. We HATED the price person. I think that was our first time ever staying in a place like that. For the price there are so many nicer options. Avoid this place and stay somewhere else.

This was the perfect house rental for 2 families. The room configurations couldn't be better and the location is walkable for anyone over 4years old. The beds are very comfortable and the common area is very user-friendly.
