We had an incredible stay! The location was just perfect—close to everything we needed, yet still felt relaxing and private. The private pool was definitely a highlight; it was a wonderful spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Our kids also enjoyed the pool on the ground floor which is accessible to all ages. The house had all the amenities we could want, making our stay super comfortable and stress-free. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and exactly as described. What really made this experience special was our host, Omar. He was fantastic from start to finish. Not only was he quick to respond and welcoming, but he also went above and beyond to help us plan our excursions and navigate all the details. His guidance truly made a difference and added so much to our trip. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

This is a fantastic condo right in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The location cannot be beat—it’s in a lively setting within easy walking distance to beaches, excellent restaurants, groceries, and local activities. Our children (ages 12, 10, and 7) loved the community pool downstairs and used it every day. The kitchen is well-equipped for basic meal prep, and a bonus we weren't expecting was the full-time front desk. They were incredibly helpful and acted as a concierge whenever we had a request. Omar is a superb host who communicated perfectly and was responsive to even the smallest concerns. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again.

Omar’s place was great. Wonderful location - close to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment. The 3 pools were amazing (2 on the rooftop - one of them private and the other 18+ infinity) and the 3rd one on the ground level! We enjoyed all the restaurants around the condo. There is also a great grocery store about 7 min away from the condo. The apartment itself was great. It had plenty of towels and other things for everyday use! Great condo in an amazing location!!!

The area is within easy walking distance of the tourist areas and beach. Lots of restaurants and shops all along 5th avenue and more. The roof top area public pool on the roof and the one below are very nice. We didn’t use the condos private pool itself, but it all looked nice and ready to use if we wanted to. The main roof top pool was really nice as it has an infinity pool with a view of the beach and area all around. I recommend the condo and if you visit Playa Del Carmen it’s a good place to stay as it’s a nice safe building and condo, found the condo to be comfortable and clean.

Pros: Centrally located with easy walkability to local restaurants, shopping, and beaches. The building and surrounding area feels safe and secure. The unit itself is nice and the interior matches the photos. Cons: Rooftop seating area covered in bird poop. Chairs were rusted and unusable. Pool pump/filter wasn't running so the water was stagnant. Wifi is 4MB as advertised, which is slow, but the connection is unstable and drops in the bedrooms and rooftop area. Constant buffering when trying to stream shows. The infinity pool pictured is 18 & over which led to disappointed kids. Kitchen has very basic tools including chipped and warped frying pans Listing indicated a private hot tub - this does not exist. The bars downstairs have live music every night until 10/11pm. You can hear/feel the music through the unit. I filtered on free parking, but had to pay in cash for parking when we checked in.
