Quinta Cocibolca is a unique retreat located just 20 minutes from downtown Granada, offering a peaceful escape from the city’s routine and bustle. Surrounded by the area’s beautiful vegetation and refreshing beach breeze, the property provides a close connection with nature.
Situated directly in front of Lake Nicaragua, it offers a calm atmosphere and spectacular views of the majestic lake. Gather with friends and family, enjoy the spacious grounds, and take a dip in the rustic pool.
The Space
The ranch includes:

The rustic pool does not have a filter or light bulb and is cleaned by hand. Guests are therefore asked to maintain good hygiene habits. For each reservation, the pool is cleaned and filled with fresh water. After guests depart, it is emptied and cleaned again for the next visitors.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire property, both indoors and outdoors. They may also access the lake beach and the surrounding areas.
The property is not shared with any other tenants.
Additional Information
- Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $10 per pet.
- Events are permitted for an additional fee, depending on the number of guests.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house. A $50 penalty applies for violations. Smoking is permitted only outside the house.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Carlos’s place the location was perfect the view was amazing this house exceeded all my expectations the home was sparkling clean,beautifully decorated,and had all the amenities we needed,including incredibly confortable beds and fast WiFi.Ana,was a wonderful host super responsive highly recommended to anyone visiting Granada

The place was more than excellent, a really nice location, and a superbly equipped house. It was definitely worth the cost. There is a young man who looks after the house and is always available and very helpful; he was very kind! The house was spotless, as was the pool, and Ana was very friendly the whole time and available via cell phone! Just as a constructive suggestion, although the girl who hands over the house isn't directly “obnoxious,” her attitude could be improved—perhaps by being a little more friendly when handing over and taking back the house 🥰. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The place was not as describe in the pictures. It seems they did not clean throughly the house including bathrooms, the kitchen needs urgent maintenance, bathroom and pool as well. All the fans were dirty, one of the A/C was not working correctly. At the end I paid $360 for a house that is not worthy.
