The Space
Casa de la Perla is a beautifully designed two-story ocean-view home that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Professionally decorated, this newer property offers stunning ocean vistas from every room, ensuring a memorable getaway.
On the ground level, you will find two master suites, each featuring a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a 50" LED Smart TV, and a private balcony. This level also includes 2.5 bathrooms, a laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and access to the pool.
The lower level contains two additional bedrooms and one full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other offers two twin beds that can be combined into a king bed upon request. There is also a basic gym on this floor, allowing you to maintain your workout routine during your vacation.
Each bedroom opens onto its own outdoor terrace, furnished with seating and a table to enjoy the breathtaking views and sunsets.
A travel crib is available upon request through the concierge team, subject to availability and an additional fee.

We had an amazing stay in this home. The sunsets from the pool were stunning. The pool was immaculate and well maintained as well as the rest of the home! The hosts were very attentive and communication was great. Would definitely stay at this property again and will be sure to recommend to others!

The Home and the View were absolutely incredible. We spent a lot of time just relaxing and hanging in the pool. The kitchen was well equipped. The grill was very clean. We enjoyed making meals at home. We also enjoyed the transportation to and from the airport. They let us leave our luggage there as we arrived early. We had some issues with the alarm system going off the first night in the middle of the night. We couldn't figure it out so we just didn't use it the rest of the week. We never did reach out about it.

Casa de la Perla has a million dollar view with a pool overlooking the ocean! The place was lovely and clean. We had an issue with one of the toilets not working that was quickly resolved. The AC unit in one of the bedrooms did not work, but luckily we only needed 3 of the 4 bedrooms for our group. The home was stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

The house has the perfect layout. There were 8 of us, 2 families. 2 separate master suites on the main floor, with 2 bedrooms for the kids downstairs. House has everything you need for a long stay. Response time from the owners was extremely quick. Looking forward to another stay here!

This is a great spot to stay! The view is beautiful and the pool is so nice. It was great that we all had our own space to rest while also having plenty of space to gather. We did a ton of walking between the house and the beach. Jumping in the pool after the walk up the hill is a must! The uber was only $5, so that’s also a good option when you don’t want to wear your hiking shoes.

We all loved our stay in Tamarindo! The view was amazing. The beach is within walking distance, but the coast is very steep going up and down. Parking at the beach was 5,000 colons.

Great stay located on the north side of Tamarindo! Minutes from everything to do in town, while feeling like you have a little private villa in the jungle. Easy access to the beach, marina, restaurants, auto Mercado for groceries, and beautiful nature all around. We saw abundant wildlife including monkeys and exotic birds while on the patio. It also has a beautiful pool that has unbelievable sights! Host is very responsive, and settles matters quickly. I would recommend a vehicle or golf cart if you stay. The hill to the house is a little steep, but totally worth the views!

The house sits on the hill about a five minute drive up from the beach in the mountain. The views are spectacular and the infinity pool and Sunset is probably one of the best views in the area. The house was very clean and the host was great at setting up transportation to and from the airport. They helped us with aa golf cart rental, and the rental ready at the house before we arrived. They left us a coffee and starter kit for cleaning. I didn’t need to buy anything else for the four days we were there except groceries. They were very flexible and we had some minor issues with the blinds that were reconciled immediately by management, which was appreciated. Beautiful home I would come again

Absolutely fantastic property! Blue Zone were wonderful hosts. They coordinated private tours and transportation for us. The house was amazing, great location in town, with amazing ocean and views. I will definitely use Blue Zone for my next vacation in Costa Rica!
