More than a destination, Villa Divina is a private sanctuary with nine elegant suites accommodating up to 22 guests. It is well suited for family vacations, bachelor celebrations, and retreats, offering an atmosphere designed for connection, relaxation, and memorable stays.

The Space

Villa Divina is a luxurious and welcoming retreat where personalized service and modern comforts create an ideal setting for family and friends. Every room features a stunning ocean view.

The villa is best suited for groups of 16 to 22 guests. Groups exceeding 16 guests are subject to an additional fee of $121 USD per person per night, beginning with the 17th guest.

Located in the exclusive Conchas Chinas area, Villa Divina is approximately five minutes from the Romantic Zone. Each room opens onto a large, private terrace with spectacular ocean views. Guests also have access to the heated infinity pool and jacuzzi.

The property provides 24-hour security and a full staff to assist with your needs throughout your stay, making it suitable for vacations and incentive trips in Puerto Vallarta.

Accommodation

Villa Divina offers:

• Nine spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
• Individual air-conditioning units in every room.
• Five rooms with a shower and bathtub.
• Four rooms with a private jacuzzi.
• Wi-Fi access, cable television, and Netflix in every room.
• Soundproof windows.
• Electronic locks.
• An elevator with a capacity of eight people.
• A wheelchair ramp.

Services and Amenities

• À la carte restaurant and bar service are available at an additional cost.
• Guests have full access to the on-site gym.
• Staff are available seven days a week.
• External services and outside vendors are not permitted unless authorized by management. Additional fees may apply when an exception is approved.

Included Meal Service

• Breakfast: Served from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
• Lunch: Served from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Ingredients are not included in any meal service and must be paid for by the guest.

Optional Dinner and Bar Services

• Dinner service: Available from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM for $200 USD, including a private chef and bartender.
• Extended dinner service: Available until 11:59 PM for an additional $100 USD. This option is available only as an extension of the full dinner service.
• Bartender-only service: Available from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM for $100 USD.

Additional services may be arranged upon request and are subject to an additional cost.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping is provided from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Events

Events are permitted and subject to an additional fee.

Grocery and Shopping Service

A dedicated shopper can purchase groceries, wine, and liquor before and during your stay after receiving a guest deposit.

The service costs:

• 10% of the total cost of the purchased items.
• A $90 USD service fee.

At the end of your stay, you will receive an itemized statement and copies of the purchase receipts.

Gratuities

Tipping is customary in Mexico but remains optional and should reflect the quality of service received. The suggested minimum is $30 USD per guest per night.

Guests commonly place gratuities in a sealed envelope, which is then distributed among the staff according to assigned percentages.

For example, for a three-night stay with 16 guests:

1. Three nights × $30 USD = $90 USD per guest.
2. $90 USD × 16 guests = $1,440 USD total.

The gratuity may be placed in an envelope and left in Villa Divina’s gratitude chest for distribution among the staff.

Concierge Services

Full concierge services are available to assist with all aspects of your stay, including:

• Airport transportation.
• Meal planning.
• Grocery arrangements.
• Excursion reservations.
• Private yacht rentals.
• Yoga classes.
• Dance lessons.
• Beauty and spa services, including massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures.

External services and outside vendors are not permitted unless authorized by management. Additional fees may apply when an exception is approved.

Guest Access

For security purposes, only guests listed on the reservation may enter Villa Divina. Please register the exact number of guests included in your reservation and provide the complete guest list before arrival.

During the stay, guests will wear identification bracelets granting access to the villa’s common areas and the bedrooms included in the rental.

Villa Divina is a private luxury villa rented exclusively to one group at a time. Guests will not share the property with other groups.

All visitors must be registered in advance. If you plan to receive additional guests during your stay, please notify management beforehand. Additional charges may apply for external visitors.

Additional Information

The property features nine bedrooms and accommodates up to 16 guests under the standard arrangement. Upon special request, Villa Divina may also be reserved with a minimum of seven bedrooms for groups of up to 14 guests.

Regardless of the number of bedrooms reserved, guests receive the full luxury experience, personalized service, exclusive privacy for their group, and views of the Pacific Ocean.
