This ground-floor, two-story garden house offers a private mini pool and direct access to the beach. Located just steps from the sea, the apartment is part of a small building with only 14 units.
The residence includes three bedrooms, each featuring its own bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a bathtub and a smart TV. The living room opens onto a terrace with a jacuzzi and overlooks the shared garden.
The building is private and secure, monitored by 24-hour surveillance.
Location
The property is conveniently situated a 10-minute drive from the airport and only 5 minutes by car from La Isla Shopping Mall, which offers a variety of restaurants, movie theaters, and shops.
Amenities and Services
- Housekeeping is provided on the day of check-in.
- General housekeeping is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Additional housekeeping services during the stay are available for a fee of $500 MXN per day, payable directly to the cleaning staff. This service includes general cleaning and food preparation.
Guest Access
Guests have access to several communal facilities, including:
- Two large waterfront pools
- A small splash pool
- A diving pool
- Extensive gardens surrounding the property
The beach and pools can be reached either through the terrace or the building’s main entrance. All shared areas are open for guest use in accordance with condominium rules.

Beautiful location! Quiet and perfect for families looking to stay away from busy downtown area. Felt safe the entire time with staff and security around the clock. Being able to step outside and have the pools and beach in just a few steps was amazing, especially with little kids! Having 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was ideal for our group. The lady who comes and cooks and cleans is very nice and would recommend. The inside is outdated. It does need some upgrades and maintenance. Our private pool was dirty, we did not use it. The TV and remote downstairs was also very slow. We did encounter some bugs but understand it’s due to the location. You are really paying for the location and the proximity to the beach and that alone we would stay here again.

El departamento es muy cómodo, el servicio y la atención de Oli, la persona que hace limpieza y cocina es excelente. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, disfrutamos mucho las albercas. La playa está a unos pasos y la vista es increíble.

Pasamos unas vacaciones en familia con niños de 2 y 6 años y lo disfrutamos muchísimo! El comedor en la terraza al aire libre, el pequeño jacuzzi privado, la salida directa al jardín y a las albercas, y la playa a dos pasos con unas vistas de ensueño fueron una maravilla para disfrutar de unos días de relax muy cómodos con los niños. El depa es tal y como se muestra en las fotos; el condominio tiene una escala pequeña (para nosotros un gran punto a favor), está cuidado y se siente seguro y tranquilo a todas horas. Poli, la señora que ayuda con cocina y limpieza, es encantadora, discreta y tiene la mejor disposición, vale mucho la pena que cocine el desayuno y la comida. La anfitriona Liliana siempre fue muy accesible y rápida en todas las interacciones; destacar además que fue extremadamente amable, flexible y cercana con una situación que nos dificultaba la logística de salida, lo cual se agradece enormemente, y más viajando con niños, mil gracias! Deseando volver pronto!!
