Heated Pool and Boiler
The pool is heated using a boiler and is available for an extra charge. It will be left at 50% capacity at checkout, and guests must replenish the gas consumed.
To request pool heating, a $1,000 deposit is required. This amount will be held as a deposit toward gas consumption.
Boiler use must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival. The person responsible for turning the boiler on and off is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
If you require the boiler to be turned on on a Sunday, an additional $100 must be paid directly to the person responsible. The boiler cannot be turned on outside the manager’s scheduled hours.

We liked the house very much. We had a great time! We really enjoyed the pool. The temperature was perfect. Lizeth was always attentive to any situation. We hope to return soon. The rooms are very comfortable.

Highly recommend this home for families! The house was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The pool and jacuzzi were a perfect temperature, and the BBQ area is amazing. Even though we had a temporary power outage from Friday night until Saturday morning, Liz and Arely were extremely helpful and graciously extended our checkout to 4:00 PM on Sunday to make up for it. Great hosts and a wonderful property!

We found 2 cockroaches the day after we checked in. The interior curtain didn't make me feel safe. The pool has no filter and I had to clean it many times during the day. The pool temperature indicator is unreliable. They asked us to bring toilet paper, garbage bags, soap and pool towels. My daughter cut her foot in the pool. I don't think it's a place I would return to.

The stay was great! We really liked the place; everything was clean. The only thing is that in the bedroom, all the doors were closed, so it wasn't possible to take anything out of the suitcase.

It was an excellent stay, ideal for families. The outdoor area is ideal and very comfortable, the pool, barbecue and terrace are great, my dog was happy. The house is very nice, large and with lots of amenities. Perfect cleaning. Entering the subdivision and the house was very easy. It is a quiet and safe area, honestly 10 out of 10
