The studio is situated on the ground floor of the house and has an independent entrance. It provides jungle views on one side and ocean views at the front. The terrace includes a comfortable couch on the side and a small outdoor seating area at the front. Many guests enjoy deciding their day’s plans—whether surfing or attending one of the excellent yoga classes in town—while sipping coffee or fresh juice on the terrace at breakfast.
Inside, the studio is an open-plan room with a cozy double bed positioned toward the back, slightly separated from the kitchen and sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living space includes a couch and a bathroom.
Location and Access
A four-wheel-drive vehicle is highly recommended to reach the property safely, especially during the rainy season. The road is hilly and somewhat adventurous, which is part of Santa Teresa’s unique charm.

Additional Information
Please note that the studio has a rustic character and is not in perfect condition. Some doors and windows have small gaps that may allow insects to enter. The outdoor deck shows some cracks in the concrete area.

Overall great location and great place. Youbi is a very responsive host and super helpful! The place even had a blender which I haven’t seen very often in Airbnbs! Really enjoyed our stay. We even got to see howler monkeys from the porch while drinking coffee!

There are no kitchen utensils. The coffee maker doesn't work well; it doesn't have a filter. There are few curtains, which gives little privacy.

Youbi was an incredible host, very responsive, warm, and always around to help. The place itself was astonishing. Beautiful simplicity with stunning views. A great escape to disconnect and hit the reset button. I’ll be back for sure and I’m hoping I’ll be able to stay at one of Youbi’s place! Gracias Youbi!! Pura Vida!

We had such a great time staying in Youbi’s accommodation, close to every thing, but still very calm and had everything we needed and a little more! Youbi was a great host, and we hope to be back again soon! Can’t recommend this place enough! ⭐️

The place is not as it looked in the photos; the layout is different, things are missing, and it looked like the place hadn't been maintained in a very long time. It didn't have curtains all around, so privacy is sometimes questionable if you can be seen from where the cars are. The shower drain is not working properly; after a while, the bathroom would fill up. The sink faucet wanders all over the sink. The apartment was greasy; it felt weird. When we arrived, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, and the pillows on the bed smelled strange. The handle on one of the house doors didn't work; it was loose, and the lock was faulty, so the house remained open; you just had to slide the window shut. Regarding parking, they should provide a parking space, as a quad bike cut us off while we were pulling the car in. And you can hear everything between the upstairs and downstairs floors...

Very nice open-plan studio, with several places to relax. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool, which is very well maintained. We were able to see several animals in the area around the Airbnb. However, a 4x4 is really necessary, as the entrance is difficult to access. Youbi and his family are very nice, and we really enjoyed their various recommendations!

Very great host, always available and proactive. The place was great too. The sunset wasn’t the only highlight; we also got to see the monkeys every day. The view of the sea beyond the jungle was simply unique. We were very sad when we had to move on. A place I would more than recommend!

awesome spot and youbi was super hospitable! the road to get there is a bit steep but not impossible to get up. once you’re up there, it’s super peaceful and the sunset view was incredible
