Our time at the property was absolutely amazing! All of the staff, especially Victor, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Victor went above and beyond—he cooked delicious meals for us every day and took care of any property issues immediately. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation for our group of nine. The hospitality, service, and overall experience were exceptional. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One suggestion for improvement would be to add handrails or grab poles along the steps and entry/exit points of the pool.

Wow! What a beautiful home and location! The views from the backyard were stunning! Ginny and Victor were amazing and the food was so good! We had a small wedding outback at this home and it was beautiful! Ginny and Victor cooked us an amazing wedding dinner and their service was great! 10/10 would recommend this home!

This is hands down the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The hosts are highly responsive and proactive in communicating well in advance. The villa and views are breathtaking. Victor and his wife are so lovely and attentive, providing breakfast and house keeping each day. We had them cook us dinner one night and it was amazing! I have post Casa Yáax depression! I want to come back immediately. Book your stay! Have the hosts arrange private transportation for you from the airport to the ferry and back to save on money and prevent any stress. Book a round trip ticket for the ultramar ferry. Book golf carts at Ciros to pick up on arrival. Try to have your party on the same flight or similar flights arriving at the same time. It was a breeze!

I had a great time! We stayed four days at Casa Yáax and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. Adrian was a very responsive and proactive at coordinating the logistics (from groceries, golf cart rentals, transport to the ferry, dinner reservations and in-house chef). They offered a full experience along with the beautiful home. Great stay for groups! Victor and Ginny were also wonderful and made delicious meals. It was a real treat waking up in the morning and having breakfast served. I would recommend to anyone and would consider coming back here in the future!

We had a group of 11 adults stay at Casa Yaax and it was the perfect set up for us. Each room was comfortable and had its own bathroom. The location is away from hustle and bustle but still easy to and from the downtown area. Would definitely recommend renting golf carts so you can explore the island. Victor and Ginny were AMAZING and so attentive. Breakfast provided each morning was a game changer. Each day was something different but just as good. We did a little happy hour when we arrived and it was so delicious. I would definitely recommend the house to friends and family!

We absolutely loved our stay at the house. The property was incredible and looked even better than the photos. On top of that, the staff was so helpful, always offering a helping hand and so friendly. We fell in love with the villa and will definitely be back!

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. What made this stand out was the amazing food and service from Victor and Genny. They were so sweet and caring and made us feel like family despite a short stay. The house was perfect for my bachelorette trip and I would book this place any day! Hopefully I can return. If you are even thinking about booking this place, book it now!
