Large house for our multi generational family. Jungle and ocean view from every room. Nice main floor space and lots of dining space so the 10 of us could eat together. Yosue, or concierge, arranged for all of our outings, including transportation. Cleaning staff made sure the entire house was spotless every day. We decided to have a private chef. Mario and his wife prepared AMAZING dinners, and could make pretty much anything we wanted. Definitely a highlight of our stay.

We had a great time. Yosue made the trip smooth for the family of 16. Our chef, Ana, was the best, beating our expectations. House cleaning was perfect. We truly enjoyed the home & location.

Two families of 4 over spring break, best vacation ever. First the house and staff were amazing, our concierge Yosue helped us with absolutely everything, from transportation from the airport and to adventures and restaurants to private chef meals at the house. Every excursion recommended was top notch. On top of all that Quepos and Manual Antonio were so much fun, great beaches, restaurants, people, wildlife and views. Would come back for sure! great location and really close to everything

This was, by far, the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. There is not a single thing I could complain about. This was my wedding trip, and the host went out of his way to help me plan from thousands of miles away. When we arrived, I was taken back by how beautiful the home was, and the spectacular views from every single angle of the house. Housekeeping was amazing and always helpful. We saw monkeys daily, macaws, toucans, and on the last two days of the trip we had a sloth in the tree right in front of the house. Make sure to lock the doors, we had a pack of white faced monkeys that tried breaking in! Lol we should have known better! I seriously can not wait to come back and bring more friends and family. Thank you all so much for everything, from the bottom of my heart.

This house is amazing. It has so much room. Plenty of spaces for hanging out with others or finding a quiet spot for relaxation. The interior is beautifully furnished. We were certainly impressed. This house would enhance any visit to Costa Rica.

This is one of the most incredible places we’ve had the privilege of staying at. The space itself was massive, super thoughtful with every bedroom having an en-suite bathroom and each floor providing its own kitchen, living space and balcony. The views are spectacular and wildlife is all around you. We watched parrots, monkeys, scarlet macaws and sloths right from our balcony! It felt like our castle in the middle of paradise. We adored our time here and cannot wait to return one day soon! Also, Josue was extremely responsive and so helpful in booking our large group reservations for meals and activities and providing any information or services we needed during our stay. He definitely made a difference in ensuring we had a great visit! Anyone would be delighted with the opportunity to stay at this very special property.

This was a fabulous place to stay with a large group! We were on a family trip with 6 of our adult children (ages 22 - 35) and some plus ones. We wanted a large house with a private room/bathroom for everybody and lots of room to gather together when at the house and Villa Perezosa was perfect for us! The house is HUGE and spread out on multiple levels with lots of stairs so be aware in case that is an issue for your group. Close to town - just a 5 minute walk up the hill where there is an ATM, grocery store, restaurants and bars. Quick 10 minute drive to the beach. Yosue was oustanding and arranged our tours and also helped us out with transportation to and from San Jose and in town when we couldn't get ubers on our own. Housekeeping was great and timed around when we were out for the day and laundry service was included and a wonderful surprise. Any issue that came up was handled promptly and communication throughout the trip was great! You won't regret this booking!
