The Space
Casa Rojas is one of the most beautiful new oceanfront properties on Cozumel Island. It offers five roomy bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, plus an adjacent two-story loft featuring one bedroom upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs. The entire house is air-conditioned, and the bedrooms include terraces with views of the infinity pool and the Caribbean Sea.
All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with flat-screen cable TVs featuring US channels and WiFi internet access.
Taxi service is available 24 hours a day right in front of the house.

Casa Rojas is situated in a well-known area on the island, ideal for snorkeling enthusiasts. Directly in front of the property, there is a pedestrian and bicycle path along the oceanfront that leads either to the northern hotel zone or downtown, both within a 10 to 15-minute walk.

Incredible Stay with a wonderful host. There’s a beautiful pool in the backyard. And if that’s not enough, you are steps away from some incredible snorkeling. The house is beautiful, designed well for families, there is a master bedroom on the second floor and on the third floor and bedrooms for the children on each of those floors as well. The space as well appointed, we are thrilled we chose to spend five days here during our vacation. It’s just up the road from the city center. A quick cab ride or a nice walk that is paved the entire way. It was an absolutely wonderful Stay and we will stay again if we return to Cozumel in the near future.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family. It was open and spacious and in a perfect location. Walkable but quiet. The pool and snorkeling were amazing. The view of the sunset each night was incredible. Carolina made our trip perfect with guidance, suggestions and excursion scheduling. We could not have asked for more perfect accommodations

We had a great stay with a group of friends. The snorkeling right from the house is incredible - do not miss this. Very peaceful space and spacious for a big group. Carolina was very responsive and helpful. The catamaran ride she helped us plan was incredible! Thank you!

We just spent a wonderful week at Casa Rojas with our children and grandchildren. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. The stairs are definitely a feature, and we had to be very mindful of the toddler, but we managed, and we all loved being able to snorkel right at the house! There were lots of other activities to take advantage of in Cozumel, as well. Carolina, the host, was exceptionally helpful and responsive to all of our questions. We hope to return!

Casa Rojas was a truly unforgettable experience. One of the aspects we enjoyed the most was the direct access to the beach and the opportunity to observe the impressive variety of fish when snorkeling; the feeling was like being inside an aquarium. My whole family had a great time and really felt at home. In addition, the food prepared by the recommended chef was exquisite and exceeded our expectations.
