I must say that my stay at Michell property was outstanding, HIGHLY recommended if I was to return to Cartagena. The Villa alone was Beautiful and very Much convenient, staff also played a well role as far as maintaining cleanliness EVERYDAY! Erik did a great job assisting around the house. Michell was on timing with everything very responsive, communication 10/10 overall this is one property that I can say from experience was one for the books. I felt safe and comfortable no worries at all, and I definitely enjoyed. Thank you Michell and staff!

The description is misleading. The villa is two seperate apartments so we couldn’t enjoy staying together like we planned, the kitchen is outside and not attached to the apartments so when it stormed, we didnt even want to go eat our food in the fridge without getting soaked. The toilets wouldn’t flush. We called maintenance many times. There’s also no hot water, so we took cold showers the entire trip. If you have allergies to animals be mindful, there’s a cat that wonders all day and dogs upon entrance. The beds were rock hard solid.. two of us slept on the couchs because they were much softer. The drive is about 45 minutes from everything so our transportation fares were more than anticipated. Other than that, it is a beautiful view. They weren’t accommodating to any of our issues we had. So that’s why I gave 2 stars instead of 3.

I absolutely CANNOT say enough good things about Michell, her home and her staff. She is the best host I’ve ever had. She was extremely accommodating and helpful. Her staff, Eric & Ms Karen were also extremely accommodating and helpful. Eric really helped us to feel safe and at home. The home is absolutely beautiful & very comfortable! This is the only place I’d stay in cartegena lol

Villa Sandra is the only place that you should stay at if you want to have a great time in Cartagena. Michell and her team were wonderful hosts and they helped us with whatever we may have needed throughout our stay. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!

I want to start & say how wonderful Michell and her crew hospitality was they were amazing dependable & on time the villa looked beautiful just like it was shown in pictures the place was so spacious I didn’t want to leave wishing I can live there if you traveling to Columbia this is a must stay !
