This area has beautiful wood and glass doors that open up to a private patio. - 5 BEDROOMS and 5 FULL BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 14 guests as such: Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, second floor, full ensuite bathroom w/ an amazing bathtub & dedicated workspace Bedroom 2: 2 Double/full beds, second floor with dedicated workspace Bedroom 3: 2 Double/full beds, second floor Bedroom 4: 1 King bed, main floor Bedroom 5: 2 Bunk beds, main floor - Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, quality bed linens, towels, and free street parking are all complimentary during your stay. - Free street parking. It is important that guests know that they cannot park on the red line. We are not responsible for fines. Parking is on the street. Guest access You’ll have full, exclusive access to the villa. Other things to note The villa has two levels, some bedrooms are located on the second level, and guests may need to climb stairs. There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance. We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, hand soap, body soap, lotion, shampoo, & conditioner. We also provide some paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and trash bags for your convenience. They are not replenished during your stay, so please note that if you run out, you will need to purchase more. There are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the home for guest safety and security and an alarm system. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This must be paid by credit card at check-in and will be refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. During your stay, we provide several amenities to ensure you start your trip worry-free. We supply shampoo, liquid body and hand soap, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, and toilet paper (two rolls per bathroom). Additionally, we include 2 water jugs, 5 detergent pods, and 3 trash bags. Please note that these items are offered as an initial courtesy and are not replenished once they run out. If you need additional supplies, you can purchase them at the convenience store located in front of the property. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the villa, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 USD penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Please no loud music or noises during this time. We must be respectful of the neighbors. - No guests, other than those listed on the reservation, are allowed at the property. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - It's mandatory to provide a government ID for all guests on the reservation prior to arrival and on the day of check-in. - Please do not force open any locked cabinets and windows found in the home, if you do so, it will incur a $500 USD penalty fee. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed. - Guests must adhere to the building and pool rules as well. ** A breach of any one of these house rules listed will incur a $500 USD penalty fee. **
