Casa Dos Chicos is a designer vacation home available to rent year-round for up to 8 guests, with space for 2 additional guests. Set on a hill in the tropical town of Sayulita, the villa overlooks Mexico’s Pacific coastline.
This 3,000-square-foot villa on the Riviera Nayarit offers 360-degree views, a lush private garden, and:
- Four suites, each with a king-size bed, private bathroom, sitting area, fan, and safe
- A heated infinity pool
- A treetop hot tub with ocean views
- A Mexican-style open-air living area
- A rooftop living room
- A kitchen and dining room connected by a bridge
Views extend across the ocean and coastline, the lush foothills of the Sierra Madre, and the lively town of Sayulita. The house and grounds offer a private retreat above the town and sea while remaining only a short walk from the center of town.
Sayulita is known for its relaxed pace, welcoming atmosphere, and easygoing approach to life. Guests can enjoy excellent shopping, distinctive restaurants, bars, and street food.
Guest Access
The entire house is exclusively yours during your stay. There is no shared space, and all amenities are private.
Location
The villa is located in Sayulita, overlooking Mexico’s Pacific coastline. Although it is just a few steps from the main plaza, it is surrounded by beautiful tropical nature.
You can walk throughout Sayulita. The house is approximately a four-minute walk from the town center and an additional minute from the beach. Golf carts can also be reserved to help you explore the town.

WOW -- this place is an absolute GEM!!! I booked this place for my sister's bachelorette for 8 girls and we couldn't be happier or more thrilled with this breathtaking villa. The casa itself was gorgeous and even better than the photos. The outdoor / indoor feel was very clean and inviting and cozy, and we just loved hanging out at the home. We felt extremely safe and secure in this location, despite being a big group of women travelers. The hosts went above and beyond in helping us arrange golf carts, airport transfers, and private chef dinner. They were extremely available, kind, and helpful. Lastly, this location was just top notch. It is a 10 minute walk from town or a very fun golf cart ride. 10/10 would recommend in a heart beat!!

Grammable dream house. Incredible views! Great service from Ernesto. No screens on Windows. To hot to sleep with Windows or doors closed… but screens not needed.. no bugs or critters. Weekends can be noisy from downtown partiies but didn’t keep us awake. beds no joke hard as rock. Smokey at night which was a bit tough. Housekeeping staff great! Loved having them cook authentic breakfast for us. Renting golf cart was undeniably the best decision! Hilly is an understatement. So clean. Jungle setting. Inner Tarzan and Jane expedition complete! Check. Check.

One of the most impressive AirBnBs I've ever stayed at. Patrizio was friendly and responsive, and Ernesto, the house manager, was very attentive. The home itself is stunning, with incredible views and well-appointed rooms. The cleaning staff coming daily is a huge plus, especially for larger groups as the property is maintained almost better than any hotel. The maids also can cook dinner which was awesome. We loved our stay here and will be back soon!

Don't think twice about renting this house! It was out of a dream. The architecture is absolutely stunning (coming from an interior designer). The rooftop has views of the ocean and is one of the highest points of any nearby structures. Each room has it's own bathroom and the rooms are cleaned daily (except for Sundays). The pool provided some shade which was welcomed as it kept the water cooler. House is walkable to the town via a quick walk. We enjoyed the quiet setting that was close to a vibrant area. We rented this property with their other property- Saturno - for a large group of 13. It was great to have the two connecting properties which can be opened via a gate. Honestly one of the coolest places I've ever stayed in. Hope to come back some day!

Our stay at Casa Dos Chicos was dreamy and we hope to be back some day! It’s even more beautiful in person and we had just as much fun lounging at the pool as we did at the beach or in town. The house manager Ernesto helped us with organizing a chef to come, getting golf carts, and grocery shopping. Highly recommend!

Casa Dos Chicos is stunning! The rooms were beautiful and comfortable and I loved the open air (palapa roof) top floor where there is a kitchen, dining area, and two "living room" areas that were beautiful. Lots of room to hang out and a Great view!

Wow what a gorgeous place!! Views of the surrounding area are amazing. Spent most of our time in the pool(s). Staff is incredible and accommodated every request. Our only issue was that the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Also noise from the connecting party home kept us up at night.
