Overview

Casa Altaloma-Chef is a luxury five-bedroom villa with included staff, a heated pool, and spectacular views of Lake Chapala and the surrounding mountains. Staff are available from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to shop for groceries, prepare meals, and clean the house. Guests only need to relax and enjoy their stay.

The property features designer furnishings, high-quality linens, luxury-hotel amenities, and a private gated setting with 24-hour surveillance. It is ideal for families and groups seeking comfort, attentive service, excellent food, and unforgettable views.

The Space

The contemporary villa accommodates up to 13 guests and includes five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Most of the living areas are located on the ground floor, while the games room and one bedroom are upstairs.

Wake up to more than 280-degree views of Lake Chapala and the mountains, spend the afternoon in the heated pool, or gather in the games room for an evening of entertainment.

Staff are included from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and provide:

The villa is easily accessible via the Ajijic bypass. Entry is through the Chula Vista Norte subdivision, which has two 24-hour security booths.

Celebrations and House Rules

The property is suitable for special celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, and farewells. Celebrations are limited to registered guests staying at the house; outside guests are not permitted.

The home is located in a private condominium and serves as a retirement residence. Please keep music at a moderate volume. Parties, events, and outside guests are not allowed.
